“The dress showed up early which was nice but once I pulled the dress out it looked very worn. Love the dress but I thinking t need to be retired.”

“I had an amazing experience with Rainey’s Closet! My dress got lost due to UPS and they sent me another free of charge and ended up receiving both of them in the mail just in time. The dress was beautiful and I can’t wait to see how my pictures turned out. Thank you for the lovely dress”

“We were so excited to get our wardrobe. One dress was absolutely gorgeous and in excellent condition. The other was completely opposite and should have been no been rented out. Accessories were beautiful. Unfortunately I won’t rent from this company again because we weren’t able to use the second dress. I was really bummed because I thought I found my new photo shoot wardrobe company.”

“We ordered the flower girl dresses at the last minute for my brothers wedding. They showed up 4 days earlier than expected. Pictures do this dress no justice, they were beautiful! We will definitely be referring and using in the future!”

“Amazing product, incredible service. The dress was beautiful and came in early because of the holidays which was so great. The company makes everything so easy and even sends remind email for your return date. We will be using Rainey’s Closet again! Thank you!”

“While Rainey’s Closet did their best attempt to fix an issue with a dress I purchased for rental back in September for a very special event in November, the dress was unavailable to ship to me three days prior to my event. I received notice via email, putting me in a panic. Everything was set and according outfits were purchased and planned for others based off the dress I had reserved months prior. Although a replacement was given to me and made it in time for my event, I was having to settle for a dress that I feel should’ve been well reserved for me since payment and early reservation was made months prior to my shower. I was not offered any type of partial refund or credit for future purchases for the inconvenience and stress this put on me. My suggestion to this company would be to keep more than one size of a dress offered as available so this inconvenience does not happen to others.”
