“Compared to the original filters in my range hood, these filters are paper thin. They were definitely cheaper then buying them through a reputable appliance store but I guess one gets what they pay for. Next time I'll go elsewhere”

“Their website was easy to use and find my exact filter, with reasonable prices. (Unlike Amaz.. where its search kept showing me filters with wrong dimensions.) When I received my order, I was immediately impressed with the wrapping and packaging. Short of the package being run over, they made sure my order would arrive in great condition. It indicates that they care and take pride in the quality of their products.”

“The customer service is the best I’ve seen in years. Ashley is outstanding and will work with you to make sure that you get what you want. The type of filter I needed was very rare and although the company did not make those types they were very helpful in working with me to come up with the best alternative option and it worked/fitted very well.
