“SCAM take yr money”

“I ordered 4 items for an AEG fridge nearly a week ago amounting to just over £115 and with next day delivery. On realising the address was incorrect I contacted them immediately but emails are returned. I eventually had a refund of £6,95 for delivery charge but still no sign of the goods and now my invoice number is not being recognised and no sign of any refund. They seem to be a rubbish company.”

“WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND ROBBED ME OF £50!!! PROBABLY THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH EVER... They state no quibble returns, but have tucked me right up... customer service just fob you off with nonsense when they bother responding delaying things until you're not in a position to force a refund... literally other feedback on ebay states the same, it's no coincidence, these are crooks and apply all sorts of tactics to prevent refunds.”

“Avoid! Awful customer service. Website says items in stock when they aren’t. Of course payment is taken immediately. Ordered a spare dishwasher part and it took them a week to tell me it wasn’t in stock. They messed me around for a few more days before cancelling the order completely without asked me if that’s what I wanted. I haven’t received a refund either.”

“Give them 0 if I could.A company that takes your money and allows you to order a part that is clearly not in stock.2 weeks later delivery date comes and they change the date.Few days past date changed again.Obvious cannot be bothered ordering from their suppliers.Wasted my time,demanded refund.”

“I sent a question via their web site concerning a part. One week later they still have not replied despite an e-mail chaser. Tried using their 'Chat' system and got no answer just like their telephone lines. What a shower !!!!”

“Terrible customer service - has no phone number anywhere on website, sent out the completely wrong part and asking a million questions to try and avoid replacing it - stolen my money and are very misleading. AVOID THIS COMPANY.”

“The negative reviews say it all. My friend made a purchase but never received it. I am not sure if they have even got their money back. You won’t be able to speak to anyone. It is a faceless company. They only wished they read the reviews before making a purchase. They say it bit like putting a burglar alarm in after being robbed! “Received my freezer seal yesterday, didn't send a tracking no. I was out for the day so it was left on the door step, didn't arrive by Evri, but by Royal Mail. I took it out of its box, flimsy thing, also instructions how to fix in all languages but English!! So it's going back and I need a refund awaiting instructions. They don't answer the phone, nothing but hassle.”

“A terrible company. Ordered a Hoover part on 9th December, ( now 25th Jan 2024) it still has not arrived. I have tried to contact them, no one answers the phones. The only info I had was that “ I would get an email” when my item was being sent out. You cannot speak to anyone and no method of contacting anyone in the company. I am going to my bank to have the money returned from their account.”

“Do not use this company. All looks fine until they have your money. Can’t return parts that don’t fit or are broken. Returns website/ process just doesn’t work and their phone number, when you can find it just rings out and then cuts off. AVOID”
