Product still not received after receiving an email 8 days ago saying it had been despatched. I emailed them 2 days ago and have still not heard anything back from them. They have taken my money and I have not received the product. Very poor service!!

Rapid?? 5 days to get order and parts that were listed in stock (11,000) of them were said to be out of stock when my order arrived.Won't use again

I purchased a Infra-Red dimmer light switch with remote control. The description states it will control up to 4 different light circuits. Perfect for what I require. When I received the product, the light switch only controls one circuit. The remote, controls up to four circuits so therefore you need to purchase another three light switches if you want the controller to control all four circuits. As I had already laid the electrical circuits it was not possible to add another three dimmer switches for this to operate as stated. The description should show a master switch with remote and then additional dimmer switches (as slaves sold separately).

The wrong shape of Weller soldering iron tips were delivered. Their returns form did not cover the possibility of them making an error, they seem to assume that the customer is always at fault. It is now five working days since they were notified of the problem by email. I was given a Case Ref. Number 12472 but I am still waiting for any further action.

Failed to deliver on time, in turn jeopardising project. Package was handled by a lesser known courier. Delayed in transit with no further explanation. I can never use Rapid Electronics if i need next day delivery is the lesson learned. We'll stick with CPC for those It strikes me odd that your brand is named 'Rapid' and you cannot deliver a next day package.

Order dispatched , damaged by Rapids courier . I was informed by this by Rapid . Package sent back to rapid . A week later still no delivery but new invoice said only part of my original order had been dispatched . 3rd call to rapid confirmed this but was told " as a gesture of good will" I would not be charged for their error . After 10 days order arrived in box with virtually no packing unlike CPC . Metal cabinet delivered not unsurprisingly with bent side . I will re-order from CPC

Given that the order was placed over a week ago and said to have been sent to me on the 22nd Nov and still no sign of the items, what more feedback than very poor would you expect !

Wrong item sent out. I was initially told when calling the items do not always look the same as the item on the website. After sending pictures and chasing up twice I was told the wrong items were labels and despatched. I still await to correct item.

Lack of info about delivery times, I have placed an order 10 days ago and still waiting to know when I will get the rest of the goods already paid.

If it was not for the post office the service would be very good. But if it ends upto 3 days to get your delivery, because of the red card put through the door at 8 o/c on friday, when for 54 years we have opened at 9 o/c, then you have to wait for 24 hr to collect, have to pick it up on Monday. Sugest you do not use the Post Office to deliver orders.

I ordered 15 batteries 18 3890 13 arrived with 2 to follow, when I chased the outstanding I was told they are now obsolete and all they could do was to collect the 13 and credit them.

Order came and had the wrong item delivered. After 5 days the right item hasn't been sent and Rapid partnering UKMail to deliver their goods is a match made in hell. Really disappointed with the service.
