They use DHL for delivery. DHL are one of the worst courier services - and Rapid On-Line do - or certainly should - know that.
My expected delivery never happened.
Avoid Rapid On-Line at all costs.

Administration was fine, and customer service was good, but delivery was not within the indicated timescale because courier could not find my address. This end of the process is weak - provision should be made for special instructions/directions, as well as use of telephone contact details (or text for most people, but useless where I live as signal is erratic).

was a little disappointed with the delivery time. Items was in stock and claimed next day delivery, actually received the item 5 working days later. I accept that I didn't pay for next day, but 5 days!!

By using UK Mail as their courier of choice they are subjecting their customers to the sort of extremely unacceptable delivery service that I suffered recently.

The only reason that I have not given you top score is because your courier keeps delivering the parcels to the wrong address, the parcels have the correct Smeaton Rd delivery address attached but they keep going to the invoice address at Watt Rd.

Stock always appears low with Rapid.
Choice is limited, not a top choice for professionals.
