“Goods that were in stock were delivered quickly. However, after more than a week I am still waiting for scissors. I think that if a company has a product visible on a website, then it should be available from stock or within a couple of days at the most.”

“Rapid themselves are excellent, always parts in stock and quick dispatch. I just wish they wouldn't use UK Mail, too few depots and too inflexible.”

“Why does Rapid charge so much for postage outside the UK. Despite having excellent bargains, one is driven to holding off on ordering for a small number of items. This is the most negative aspect of dealing with the company. Postage charges to Ireland by Rapid are almost prohibitive. Please revisit this aspect of your company policy and I suspect you will see an increase in business.”

“I love the prices, but am frustrated that things sent out by 1st class post never arrive next day. I know the postal service isn't reliable at the best of times, but I reckon things are handed over to them too late in the day.”
