“ AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE; They sell you fake leads which never materialise and then refuse to refund you, and then when you try to quit, they carry on taking payments out of your account!!! I’ve been trying to cancel my membership for 4 months and they just continue to take money out of my account, even though I have it in writing that I have paid £53 more than the cancellation fee I agree with them in July!!!! ABSOLUTE SCAM ARTISTS; AVOID AVOID AVOID. ”

“ Yes you have the option to ask for refund on unsuccessful jobs but this is limited and also any credit isn't available for use on the next month. ”

“ This website is not to be trusted. If you read the terms and conditions it says that they can close your account at any time without giving you a reason. They do not give you a refund on all the money spent with them or a warning that they are closing your account. Trades people do not sign up for this they will take your money and kick you out to make way for new trade with more money to spend. ”

“ Absolute joke of a company, if your a tradesmen do not waste your time as you will be giving them money for nothing. You buy leads to get jobs and the people posting there jobs dont even reply to you, so you end up losing your money due to these time wasters. Dont bother trying to get a refund because you wont as the customer service is beyond poor. Without tradesmen they have no business, sadly they dont act like this is the case. ”
