"The wait is finally over and well worth it! I saw the demo at the SCA in Portland and was chopping at the bit to get one. The size is perfect. My first cup was outstanding, very smooth and balanced. I used a bright Kenya, and I was able to taste some fruit notes and plenty of clarity. I did a side-by-side comparison with the Fellow Aiden, and I found the Ratio 4 to be the better-tasting cup. I prefer not to deal with settings. I highly recommend this brewer. You get the benefit of a pour-over without the hassle of timing, and it has the built-in bloom feature. It does it all for you. I can now retire my Ratio 6 since it is larger than my needs. I have tried it with Kalita Wave, Hario Mugan, Hario V60, and Hario Switch. They all work!"

"i was happy when this finally arrived at my doorstep , it was already pre rinsed and cleaned and ready to brew out of the box which not a lot of companies do ! so it was nice to start my first cup of coffee and man i can\u2019t believe the difference in taste and flavor not to mention it\u2019s simple one button touch start takes no more than a couple min for a cup of fresh hot coffee which is amazing ! i did upgrade to the series 2 thermal carafe because of the improved pour, but otherwise i\u2019m happy with this coffee maker. i felt a company that prides itself on quality parts and offers a five warranty i figured why not get refurbished. no scratches or dings on my model so thank you Ratio Six ^_^"

"Sleek, simple, and most importantly: makes a damn fine cup of coffee. This unit replaces my previous coffee maker, which was a tech marvel and WiFi and did all sorts of amazing things. But the tech or something gets, the bugger it gets, and despite regular monthly maintenance, which I kept to religiously, it still would have last minute problems that would prevent me getting a cup of coffee.\r\n\r\nI don\u2019t care how fanciful a machine is: if you\u2019re not getting me coffee, then you\u2019re useless to me. \r\n\r\nSo I am delighted at my new \u201clow tech\u201d ratio coffee maker. I hope that\u2019s not offensive to you, but it works and it works well and I think it will work well for a long time.\r\n\r\nCheers to good coffee!"

"The ultimate 'Form Meet Function' coffee brewing company. I've tinkered with the pour-over Ratio 8, and the heat holding Ratio 6 - and have enjoyed outstanding coffee from each! I much appreciate the ability to make a coffee by which hot water doesn't touch plastic on the way from beans to lips - the 8 is perfect for such a task. It is hard to find coffee machinery that is not plasticized, and even harder to find Made in USA options. Bravo Ratio!"
