“The juices contain too much water and calories. Waste of money- rip off! I just lost over $300 for nothing.”

Hi there, the water in our juices is only added in for taste's sake, the juices are far too potent without a little bit of water. We add less than 7% water (varies on the recipe) to an entire batch, which breaks down to about 50 bottles, so when broken down the water ratio is very minimal. “I ordered a shipment from Raw Generation at the suggestion of a friend. I did not receive notification of the shipping date or when it was scheduled to arrive. The delivery seems to have been delayed by weather and arrived at my house on a Friday afternoon after I left for a weekend trip. I had no idea it was there, so I could not have a friend retrieve it. Unfortunately, it was no longer frozen when I returned from my trip, so I had to throw it away. I am looking forward to trying this product when the replacement arrives. Raw Generation promptly addressed my issue. :)”

“It’s hard sometimes not to slip and eat something bad. I need to really try harder . Drinks are so good! My sister got me started. Any ideas to stick with it start for 3 days without slipping”

“The skinny cleanse is amazing. I’ve done one 5 day and one 3 day. Both times felt great, had tons of energy, slept well and lost 4-8 pounds. Can’t say enough good things about it. I have several friends who are trying it now, too. On top of that...the customer service is fantastic. Prompt to respond and very helpful when I needed to adjust delivery days. Thank you!!!”

“I have bought seven days juice cleanses from several different companies, although had some very good juices I do not usually like each one of they send. Makes the fast harder when not looking forward to the next juice. Every juice I have had with Raw Generation has been delicious. I am actually fighting off the rest of my family because they all want to drink the juice. I’m on day 13 of my fast and couldn’t be happier with Raw Generation’s fast delivery and great juices.”

“I con't to be very happy with BOTH the products and the customer service of Raw Generation. I've already reviewed how good their cold pressed juices are, but I want to accentuate the customer service. There was a hiccup on getting my order shipped. When I emailed them about it, they immediately responded back, apologized for the snafu and made it right. I will con't to use their products because they are extremely affordable for what you get, they make it easy with the auto-renew function and they follow through on all promises made to the customer.”

“The mind set that most people are liars, cheats, & thieves is why their service is poor. Very sad to see something like this. This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced & I find it hilarious that I was emailed to ask for a review after they messed up 2 orders.”

Hi Alicia!! The emails go out automatically, but you did get your full refund once you finally filed the claim, so I would assume the customer service was pretty good! When tracking states that a package, or in your case 2 whole 7 day cleanses, wad delivered yet the customer is claiming they did not receive the package the customer must file a claim before anything can be done. In this world of cheats and liars, unfortunately, we need to protect ourselves. But in any event, as I said to your numerous rude emails, all we needed was that claim number and you received your full refund. HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!

“I ordered my product on a Friday and had it earlier than expected the following Wednesday. I didn't change my diet much, I'm eating Fast food as I'm writing this lol, and I still felt the results. I feel more alert, focused and by day 4 I haven't needed my usual all day IV of coffee. Within a week I have even been able to cut down on the amount of cigarettes I've been smoking. So thankful for this product and the deal I found on GroupMe ;-). Excited for my next shipment and I am seriously considering going from bi weekly shipements to weekly ones!”

“I have done juice fasts before - raw generation made this the easiest one yet! I felt confident in the raw, cold pressed juices and they definitely do a lot of greens so I did not feel like I was drinking just sugar. The juices arrived quickly and fully frozen. Easy to store in the freezer or fridge. I would buy from raw generation again!”
