“Raw Generation's customer service is enough to want to give a 5 star review. However, the quality, flavor, and effectiveness of the juices makes it necessary. I ordered over a holiday break and forgot about a vacation I was taking shortly after. I emailed customer service and got an immediate response regarding my shipping. Alison was able to get my juices the day before I left for holiday so I could freeze them and not waste money. I ordered the protein juices and maintained my workouts of 3+ mile runs and body-weight strength exercises. I felt rejuvenated after the juices and completely ready to continue with a clean dieting. The 3-day protein package was the perfect kickstart to my goals.”

“I really enjoyed the protein cleanse. In the past I have done the skinny cleanse, and found this one to be much easier. Customer service was very helpful in allowing me to change my shipping address post ordering.”

“All of the juices are absolutely delicious. I did the protein cleanse and the protein shakes are very filling, I rarely felt hungry and if I did, had another juice and I was fine. Started feeling better after 2 days, bloating was gone, more energy, slept better (and I lost 5 pounds- woohoo!). I will order again. Thank you!!”

“Arrived in a timely manner, the juices tasted better than other cleanses’ I’ve done. However, most other “skinny cleanses” contain a coconut/cashew milk drink to add protein, which I love. Found it more difficult to exercise effectively compared to others—but that could very well just be an isolated reaction. Overall, I will use Raw Generation again but would maybe try a different cleanse option.”

“The juices are pretty good. I felt very energized after the 2nd day. The first day was tough but not impossible. The juices keep you full. I personally used 3 to 4 per day. I absolutely recommend this to anybody looking to lose some weight.”

“I haven’t started my 5 day cleanse yet because the instructions say to take the juice out of freezer 1 day in advance and I did, however, the juice was still frozen😞”

“Difficult to use Groupon. Several phone calls to get activated. Then separate online order process to get shipping. Shipping $35 extra (but still a good price). Customer service always friendly, however, product did not arrive when requested even though I received a fedex tracking email saying product had shipped. New estimated arrival is about 1 week after I requested it. Which meant I couldn't do the juice cleanse when I wanted to before Christmas. I'll update review once I've had the opportunity to try the product.”

“Your dealings with customers are not professional at all. In the event of changes, you should be informing of the new scheduled time/date. For a company trying to compete in this market, your practices are fatal to its growth. Very disappointed. Very bad service. You guys don't deliver as scheduled. I don't know when I'm supposed to be home to put the juices in the fridge.”

“I can’t rate your juices as my delivery scheduled to arrive at my office today never arrived. I purposefully waited till 6:30pm, but no juices!! I will not be back till Monday morning, so even if the juices are delivered tomorrow, they will be spoilt by the time I get to them. Left a voicemail to your customer service number at 6pm but have not heard back. Extremely disappointed”

Hello Sandra, our sincere apologies. We did have an issue in the shipping department, however, we are working to get everything fixed as soon as humanly possible. We are terribly sorry for the delay. Your order is still in the warehouse, so your juice will not be thawed when it gets to you. We are sending your order out today for delivery tomorrow. “I did the 3-day protein cleanse with my husband this week. It was amazing! I lost 5lbs and more importantly, I feel amazing! My husband had similar results. I will definitely be working this into my regular diet every two months or so. Delicious juices and I wasn't hungry at all! Thank you!”

“I love this company! We receive a shipment every other week and use the presses juices as a base for our daily smoothies. My go to is a RG green juice, a whole banana, frozen berries & protein mix for breakfast or after a workout. Delish!!!”

“My order was to ship yesterday and it still has not. My order of two cleanses and a protein pack had a delivery date for tomorrow and I highly doubt that’s going to be the case. I really do enjoy these cleanses but this is probably the third time there has been an issue in one way or another when placing an order. I received an email asking for a review on the product which I am yet to receive, which is annoying.”

“The 18 bottles of juice was a bit too much. Most of the juices tasted ok. I have 4 bottles left over. Would probably do the plan with dinner next time.”
