“Very good. I was a little scared I would be hungry with working out but I wasn’t. The quality of the ingredients is great. No sugar spikes or crashes. Would do it again.”

“Love the smoothies - all three flavors that are delicious but my favorite is the Vanilla. It’s filling - I make one packet in a 20 ounce tumbler since I am diabetic. I mix with ice and sugar free almond milk - Kirkland brand.”
