We accidentally ordered our cleanse . We Called and tried to get help and RG was not helpful. We ended up not being able to drink your juice. It took multiple days for it to thaw out and I would not recommend this company. It’s unfortunate because I was looking for a long-term company to use for my regular cleanses.. the juice itself especially the green juice is very fresh and taste delicious but it’s the only one that thaws out at the appropriate time.

This was not for me. I could only tolerate the citrus carrot and Cool greens. The Sweet Roots (beets) were beyond vile. I could not drink it. The others needed to be washed down with a lick of salt, holding my nose to gulp, or with a slice of apple after each sip. Seeing the juices all separated and settled in the bottle before being shaken, was a little off-putting also. Also, this site "reviews.io" won't let me upload a photo in ANY of their supported formats, to show the juice separated in the bottle. As soon as you upload a pic, the "submit review" box turns from black to grey and is not clickable.

What a waste of money. These are just juices. You can make them yourself. No added vitamins, protein, or vitamins. They are expensive, they go bad too fast and they take up a ton of space in your freezer. They also taste terrible.

I have tried other juice cleanses and for me, this one has the worst taste of them all. Not a fan.

I have ordered in the past they always came frozen this round wasn’t frozen so this was a waist I don’t think i will be ordering again

The Cold press juices were Ok. Think they are way overpriced. Will not be using them again. I was supposed to receive a 10% discount but didnt get it on the checkout

Juices tasted good but half of them arrived defrosted so had to be disposed of, and I can’t get over how much plastic is used for these bottles. So so bad for the environment. Do better!

Hi there, we apologize your experience was not what you had hoped for. A lot of times if your refrigerator is too cold and the bottles go in as a solid block of ice, they can take too long to thaw. If you notice this problem, a great way to thaw the bottles is to leave them on the counter for an hour or until halfway thawed (do not exceed 1 hour outside of refrigeration) and then transfer to the refrigerator overnight. Try not to put the bottles right next to each other, as this will make the time to thaw quite a bit longer. 😊 Please contact me directly at Amanda@rawgeneration.com to discuss your order and a way we can make your experience a better one!

The product tastes good and I did t feel Hubert during the cleanse. However, I did not lose the wait as advertised, also, on the last day I developed diarrhea :( the customer service was good but didn’t make up for the fact I didn’t lose weight. On my blood test my levels of sugar came very elevated, which I never had issues before too.

Good product, poor customer service. Did not respond to inquiries about my order. I purchased shipping insurance and received no assistance or replies. Do not recommend.

Didn’t realize until the juices arrived that they dilute them with water. No where on their website or amazon listings do they mention this fact. You find out when they get to you and you can see the full label. They used to be proud to not dilute their juices and now they seem to have just decided that’s the best way to do it I guess, but I’m not okay with not knowing how nutrient dense they are. Won’t be ordering again.

I'm on day three of the three day cleanse and I have to say that the only thing I experienced from this cleanse was constipation and extreme hunger. Even though I ate raw veggies, fruits and nuts in moderation, I was still hungry.

No one has answered my voicemail regarding multiple packages being shipped after i canceled the orders. I was charged and didn’t need the juices, as I just completed the cleanse weeks ago. Please ensure no other orders are sent/charged.

Hi there, With all the concerns around SUGAR in our diets being brought to light, this is a valid concern amongst juicers. This is because juice, when found in the grocery store, i.e. your standard pasteurized apple, cranberry, orange juices, IS straight-up sugar water. It has been processed in order to keep it from spoiling, but in the process, loses all of its nutritional content. It's a common misunderstanding that because added sugars are bad, the same must apply to fruits, which also contain fructose. However... this is completely wrong. Fructose is only harmful in large amounts and it is almost impossible to overeat fructose by eating fruit. NOTHING is EVER added to our juices. It is fruit and veggies and nothing else. When focusing on the idea of taking in more carbohydrates (even natural ones found in the fruits that are juiced) is, it’s a matter of balancing your macronutrients. For instance, since you won’t be taking in the regular amount of fats and protein you would while not on a cleanse, it allows your body to process more carbs— especially without the fiber. If you are still concerned with balancing your blood sugar levels, consider drinking our juice as a supplement to your diet full of vegetables, healthy fats, and protein.

The juice doesn’t taste terrible but it is hard to drink if it is completely thawed. It separates too much. I cannot sleep at night because of the juice. There should be an order to drink them so you know what will boost your energy too much before bed.

The keto cleanse tastes awful. All the flavors are awful. I'll finish my week cleanse because I paid for it, but will never order it again.

keto cleanse was gross!! I could not get through 1 day of it. I enjoyed the skinny cleanse.. I asked to replace it after my disappointment and said they would ship it asap as a courtesy.. waited for it and nothing after a week... I still haven't gotten it.. asked for a refund waiting to heard back.. very disappointed.. looking for other juice cleanse companies..
