“My husband and I did the 5 day cleanse together, the juices were tasty and packaging convenient so it was very easy- after those 5 days we felt refreshed, lost a couple of pounds, ready for a new start of clean eating.. We have another 5 days worth of juices in the freezer and plan to do another cleanse in a few months”

“I was skeptical and I was wrong. Great product, packaging and shipping. During my 5 day cleanse I lost 6 lbs. What surprised me is I kept the weight off. Juicing isn’t for everyone but for those who want to try, these juices are legit.”

Hi! Thank you so much for your feedback. 100% of our sugar is naturally occurring from the raw fruit and vegetable juices, nuts, seeds, and spices. We never use added or refined sweeteners. It's a common misunderstanding that because refined sugars are unhealthy, the same must apply to the naturally occurring sugars found in fruits and vegetables, and this is untrue. Because we do not pasteurize or HPP our juices, all of the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants are available for your body to easily absorb and help slow down the rate at which the naturally occurring sugars enter the bloodstream. Sugars and carbs from raw, unpasteurized fruit and veggies are totally healthy, as well as beneficial to the body and weight loss.

“Great natural product and all flavors are very palatable. I’m not a huge fan of “greens” but I can easily drink all of them. The delivery process has been super easy. All products are still frozen on arrival.”

“I only lost 1lb and followed the directions perfectly, even down to the pre-cleanse stage. I had cravings like never before on days 1-3. By day 4 and 5, I had regained energy and strength and started feeling much better. But days 1-3 were MISERABLE, I was starving, and had no energy. To go through that and only lose 1lb… I don’t think this was worth it.”

“I did the 5 day low sugar juice cleanse. I was never overly hungry and ALL the juices actually tasted good! I lost 7 pounds, and my bloating is gone. My face looks slimmer and so does my waist. This is the first cleanse I’ve ever done where I actually liked all the juices. I would 100% do this cleanse again in the future, and would recommend this cleanse to everyone.”

“The Raw Generation 3 day cleanse was easy to follow. By day three I didn't even want to drink all 6 bottles. The taste was good and I didn't get sick of them (like I have with other brands of juice cleanses) I will definaitly do it again. Glad I did the low sugar. I wouldn't have wanted them to be any sweeter.”

“I lost 4 pounds in 3 days it does work. The second day was the hardest for me. I emptied out my fridge and cabinet so I didn’t snack. I ended up eating a banana in the morning on all of the days and it helped me. I made myself a sweet potatoes the last two days like it was recommended. I worked out a lot/ used steam room during this 3 day cleanse and I think that was my mistake. I was so tired by the end of the day I was putting myself to sleep by 9pm. I slept so good though, a solid 10 hours. I recommend not drinking right after this cleanse - another mistake I made.”

“This reall was a great and amazing experience! I have never done a juice cleanse before so I was a bit nervous. the first day was the toughest because I am used to have like 190 grams or more of protein on a 2300ish calorie diet. secdon day I felt more lean and no bloated and the third day I think I could actually feel my stomache eating itself but still felt good. the fourth day I ate an entire chicken for breakfast. I will say that is since the cleanse my diegestive system and meytabolism seem to be working better or just have have been reset, I also get a full feeling easier than beogfre from food. I dont know how long it will last but I am thinking mayber sometime after mid year I will do another one. Thank you for your great product.”

“First the flavors of the juice were great ! Being slightly still hungry toward the end of each day I just added light steamed broccoli besides that it was mind over matter. 3 days I lost little over 5 pounds felt a lot more clear and more energy and determined to begin a healthy lifestyle.
