“The shipping was prompt, I received everything with zero problems. I would have liked the juices to have less sugar. The green vegetable ratio could have been higher compared to the sweet veg/fruits. A couple days into the juice cleanse and the sugar starting making me feel ill. Would order again if they offered different juice mixes.”

“The juices arrived almost completely frozen. They are great as usual, but i had a strange reaction to the green ones this round. sent a note to Alison and she suggested i switch those out for a different juice before the next autoship, so all is good.”

“Juices are great, it's just a shame the shipping is astronomical. You guys should really push it out into stores like Walmart, wegmans, traderJoes, Whole Foods to defer some of that shipping cost.”

“The only bad thing about the juices and smoothies is the shipping cost. They are worth the money, I lost weight and feel good. Im on day 3 of a 4 day cleanse. I ordered with someone else and we split it up to save money. We would do an auto ship order if it becomes more affordable. I would love to order the cocktail juices and substitute some of my meals everyday.”

“Well right I am a littl disappointed in the ordering process. I ordered last Wednesday evening and I am now told my juice will arrive Thursday. Little surprised and disappointed it takes 7 days to receive your order when you pay $80 for shipping.”

Hi there, I do apologize for that. Unfortunately when your order has to go express it can only be sent on Mondays and Tuesdays, so if you place an order anytime after 2PM eastern time on Tuesday, it is not shipped out until the following Monday. I do apologize for any inconvenience.

“Always perfect! Even though it takes several days to arrive (I follow it's progress online) it always arrives completely frozen. The juices are delicious. I like to buy them on sale and just thaw as I need them. I like the orange or red ones as dessert-- I only partially thaw it and shake it until they are like a slushy. So delicious and handy. I like to have one or 2 green ones as a meal replacement, they are really really tasty-- one of my faves of ALL green juices. I don't plan ahead well so I can get them to slushy consistency in a couple of hours (or minutes if I defrost in the microwave). I don't "do" a juice cleanse, I just have a juice lifestyle. RG is my life partner. Thanks so much!!!”

“I am not happy at all with the company! I put in an order last week and had not heard anything so I went on my email and signed into my account and realized that tracking said that the order had been canceled by the sender. I don't understand why they have taken payment from me, sent out the order supposedly and then canceled it without letting me know anything....this is incredibly unprofessional and has put me completely off of track with my cleanse!”

“I've done the three day protein cleanse a few times and love it. All of the juices and protein drinks are delicious and filling. Shipping is always fast and the product arrives packaged well and frozen solid. I'll continue to use this product and recommend!”

“I just started using the juice til dinner product on 7/31. Its been 5 days and so far so good. I have lost 5lbs and I feel great about fast results. The juices are ok not great in taste, but not unbearable. Some such as the refresh and revitalize took some getting use to. First day and I did not pre cleanse I developed a headache, but by day two I had no symptoms. Overall im satisfied with the product and may order more in the near future.”
