I ordered the protein 3 day cleanse and most juices were very good. It would be great to allow consumers to select which juices to purchase. One of the protein drinks was not very good the peanut, coconut flax and chia seeds and dates, and unable to drink it. Due to this, I am not sure if will order again.

Kristen, You received 56 juices in an overnight transit, so the probability of the juices being bad is very low, which means I need to get approval as there is no immediate reason why the juices you received are not good. It is also a holiday, so the response may have taken a little longer. Alison sent you an email last night that we had received approval and would be happy to send you a replacement or refund and asked which option you would prefer. That email was "viewed" by you and never responded to, so essentially we are waiting for your response to see which option you would prefer. The juices tasted too sweet for me. The cashew mixture caused gas and I was quite uncomfortable, so I did not drink those bottles. I was not completely cleansed by the end of the three days.

I liked the skinny cleance waaaaay much more than the protein cleance. But raw generations are behind their product 100%, since I had issues with the cleance, they tried their best to make it up for me, I did like the satisfy and sustain flavor protein though, but the others was really hard to like. I would purchase other cleanses, but I don’t think I’ll buy the protein cleanse again.

Good taste and it works I lost 4 lbs in three days 4 real lbs, not dehydrated I feel great I’ll do this again

Sooo... I did the skinny cleanse and didnt lose any weight. I purposely purchased it because I have a gut. On the 3 day cleanse, I did eat a green salad and added fruits daily to keep from getting dizzy. Was that the reason??!! HOWEVER, I can say, I want to eat better now

Customer service is amazing. There was a weather delay that unfortunately made my order hot, so I didn’t get to do the cleanse. I would give the customer service a 5 star!

The juices were fine. I didn't like the recurring order setup - there was not enough time between the email reminder & the auto-shipment to change anything about the order.

We can always change anything you'd like, with limited exceptions of course, but for the most part, we can always adjust your subscription however you would like. I really enjoy the skinny and protein juices, but admittedly did not care for the sugar free juice cleanse. I didn't realize they would not be sweet at all. I did add honey to them, and that helped. Will stick with the skinny cleanse and do think it's nice to cleanse every couple of months!

The keto cleanse drinks, especially the green one, are not very tasty. For someone that does keto, I love the idea of this cleanse. Giving my body a digestive break is a plus and I appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the keto macros. But the taste needs some tweaking. I will definitely try the next new and improved version.

I really enjoyed the first two protein cleanse orders I placed. I do not care for the ketogenic drinks. The flavors are not palatable and I feel like I have to choke them down. I know there are plenty restrictions following both vegan and keto but I'd rather just not do the cleanse while on keto.

8/8/2018 update: contacted by customer rep. very understanding and offered to allow me to try a different product or accept refund. I appreciate the prompt follow-up and excellent customer service. Considering my spouse also tried a different cleanse and was satisfied I'd say its worth a shot.... The juice option I ordered (KETO CLEANSE BURN FAT w/ MINIMAL CARBS - 3 day (18 bottles) did not digest in my system properly. I was super uncomfortable and realized after 8 juices and a lot of water, the juices were sitting in my stomach. I initially thought I was just hungry, but having had done other juice cleanses in occurred to me that I was not eliminating via my colon. But the time I figured it out all of the juices had been thawed to be ready for my consumption and I ended up having to throw the remainder away. As someone who eliminated daily like clockwork, this was an unpleasant surprise for which i had very high hopes.

Everything is great so far, but you should be able to customize the flavors you want. Get my juices delivered weekly and it would be nice to mix it up. Not a whole lot of options for people that want to do more than a cleanse.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't good. In as much as the juices were pleasant tasting ,the one with kale & collards left my mouth sore. I followed the directions and even used the fat burners and at the end of the three days I did not lose any weight. Not even a pound.

Getting the package of juices was not impressive - juices were thawed and a replacement shipment was sent. Tracking information was spot on. Delivery could’ve been 2-day but because RG sent it 3-day, the package wasn’t delivered or made available for pickup till the 3rd day which is annoying. Once received, the juices were great.

Hi Genie, thanks for the review! I know we did go above and beyond to meet your expectations, unfortunately, your location prevents us from getting an order to you any faster than 3 days, (which we explained) but we were happy to send you a replacement for the juice that was thawed. It is unfortunate, that even though the tracking on the package says it is in your area, the requirements of processing the package is a 3-day transit, both of your packages, the original and the replacement, were delivered to you when scheduled. We do not have an option to get a package to your location within two days, your location simply does not allow it. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience the transit time may have caused you.

I didn't really like any of the juices. I wouldn't order again. Just a personal preference. The juices were fresh and nothing wrong just not for my taste.

I was really disappointed with this order, the order was unequal with flavor juices. My order had 8 bottlea of Spinach kale, apple, collard & lemon. Which is my least favorite flavor. The juices didnt taste as fresh as my last order.

I did the Raw Generation Skinny Cleanse earlier this year which was great, but since I have a tendency to gain the weight back a few months later, I decided to try the Keto Cleanse, with the intention of kickstarting an ongoing keto diet. Unfortunately, the soups and smoothies just aren't that tasty. The smoothies involving blended nuts really don't freeze well and have a weird consistency. I've tried re-blending them in my Vitamix, but it hasn't helped. This morning I began straining one through cheesecloth and actually saved the pulp to eat separately. This tasted much better, but it was very time consuming. I will say, however, that the drinks are very very filling. I haven't been able to finish all 6 of them in a day yet (just finishing day 3 of 10) and I am someone who typically has a very substantial appetite! The carrot soup (sadly, the highest in carbs) has a very nice flavor, as does the Sweet & Soothing smoothie. I find the basil zucchini soup and the cacao mint smoothie to be far less enjoyable, unfortunately, and usually end up spilling them out before finishing. Delivery went well and everything arrived promptly and very much frozen. I see on the website that RG is currently revising this cleanse. Don't know if I'd take a chance on ordering it again because 1.) it still seems to be a bit higher than I'd like in carbs, and 2.) the drinks don't taste very good, but I'm curious to see the new menu.
