“I called in to place my order. My order was late for the date requested 2 weeks prior. I am awaiting feedback on how they will make this error right for me.”

Hi Kimberly, i remember speaking with you, I refunded you for both of your orders. You order was sent out on the scheduled day, and we apologized that FedEx for whatever reason held your order an extra transit day. “I really wanted to love this keto cleanse...the green soup is really good, but the others are gritty and too sweet...not a fan of the monk fruit sweetener I suppose. I even run them through my nutribullet to get the chunks out, but there is still so much grit.”

“Not happy with product Did a juice cleanse and was happy with juices. The juices here were gritty and overall taste was horrible but for the protein shakes. Could barely finish I’m signed up for the automatic renewal please do not send me anything besides the protein shake.”

“Keto juices were chunky and grainy, they weren't mixed at all even after shaking them for 3-4 minutes. Had a tough time drinking them because they tasted so rocky, and by the 4th day I stopped. I've had the protein cleanse and that was perfect, not impressed with the keto cleanse.”

“My rating refers to the overall taste and reaction my body is having to the diet. I have very much appreciated the customer service and would give that a 4 to 5 rating. I currently am on day two of the keto diet. The consistency and taste is very difficult to withstand. I am determined to complete the 42 bottle process however. I am interested in pursuing another raw diet if the overall experience and taste can at least be tolerable.”

Hi there, with all the concerns around sugar in our diets being brought to light, this is a valid concern amongst juicers. This is because juice, when found in the grocery store, i.e. your standard pasteurized apple, cranberry, orange juices, IS straight-up sugar water. It has been processed in order to keep it from spoiling, but in the process, loses all of its nutritional content. It's a common misunderstanding that because added sugars are bad, the same must apply to fruits, which also contain fructose. However... this is completely wrong. Fructose is only harmful in large amounts and it is almost impossible to overeat fructose by eating fruit. NOTHING is EVER added to our juices. It is fruit and veggies and nothing else. When focusing on the idea of taking in more carbohydrates (even natural ones found in the fruits that are juiced) is, it’s a matter of balancing your macronutrients. For instance, since you won’t be taking in the regular amount of fats and protein you would while not on a cleanse, it allows your body to process more carbs— especially without the fiber. If you are still concerned with balancing your blood sugar levels, consider drinking our juice as a supplement to your diet full of vegetables, healthy fats, and protein.

“I ordered the cleanse that included the soup, juices and protein drink. I couldn't even drink the soup and protein shake as the taste was just too yucky. I have been using the juices for over a year and like the taste of the juices but not the soup or the protein drinks.”

“Without prior notification after a 10 day wait my delivery was made on a Saturday while I was out town and not home until Monday night. My order was completely unfrozen and thus unsafe to consume. $400 in the recycling bin.”

“Okay, so this is not so much a cleanse as it is sitting down at the sugar bowl. There's a reason all these other reviews say the juices taste so good... they have around 20-31 grams of sugar each!!! That's like drinking a soda! Fruits are the first or second ingredient (and even worse, it's pineapple and oranges for the two juices - the highest sugar fruits). Yes, it's natural sugars from fruits, but it's still way too much sugar (your daily intake of sugar should be 25 grams or less). I was crashing every day by 3 pm from a sugar crash and generally felt awful. I actually didn't want to drink another juice because I couldn't stomach more sweets. I was actually craving green, leafy vegetables on this cleanse. I feel like I need a detox from this detox. I'm bummed I wasted my money.”

For that reason, we have a variety of other products designed to meet your personal preferences. The Soup Cleanse or our new low-carb Keto Cleanse sound like they would be a better fit for you.

“To be clear this has nothing to do with the taste of the juice. I have no idea what the juice tastes like. It will supposedly get here tomorrow March 16, for an order placed on the 5th. I have ordered juice form a couple places and this is the longest it's ever taken to receive an order.”

“This was at least my 6th time ordering the 3-day juice cleanse, usually I love it and would give it 5 stars but this time I didn’t like what I got AT ALL. I ordered it through amazon, not sure if that was the problem. It wasn’t the juices I usually get- Green(jessica), carrot, beet, aloe etc... instead I got a bunch of soups and a nutbased drink, only 2 Beets and 2 Green. It’s like I got a mix of your juice cleanse, protein drinks and soup cleanse. I couldn’t even drink some of them. It was not what I was expecting at all, I liked how it used to be, fresh pressed juices. Makes me sad, I would never do this cleanse again, bring back the original.”
