“My order was promptly shipped and received the next day. The juices were in great shape and the bottles defrosted properly according to instructions and right on time! They are DELICIOUS and even after one day, I already feel better. Can’t wait to try more!”

“I did the 5 day cleanse and it was a great way to kick start my weight loss. I was able to lose 10 lbs. The juices tasted pretty good and I didn't eat anything else while on the cleanse, but I didn't feel hunger at all. I think I will repeat the cleanse in about 6-8 weeks for another boost in weight loss.”

“Product came in promptly. However, it was delivered to the wrong building again. I've noted this in my past correspondence to Raw Generation, as well as letting FedEx know about this. However, it doesn't seem to be resolved yet.”

Hi Emily, I apologize for any inconvenience. My suggestion would be to contact FedEx once you have your tracking number and tell them specific directions for the package.

“I loved this juice cleanse!! All the juices were delicious. I was not hungry at all. I wasn't sure how my energy would be after day one but I feel great and have tons of energy. Have been working out with no problem!!! I recommend this for anyone!! GREAT!!”

“Loved the juices, but having a thyroid condition, There a certain veggies your not suppose to juice, Kale or collards, so it would be nice to have an option for them, like spinach. And shipping is a killer....won't be ordering anymore, unless that changes. :(”

Hi there, unfortunately, our recipes will not change, however, we are more than happy to substitute flavors you do not like or can't have with others that you do like and can have :) I would also like to let you know that we do have free shipping options on Amazon, where our products are sold for one set price (45-55% off depending on the product) and free shipping no matter where you are located.

“The first day of the cleanse was a little rough for me. Once I got past it the other four days were a breeze. I would definitely do the cleanse again, but suggest that there be an option to pick the juices and quantity. I like the variety, but may not want a particular juice.”

“I'll start off with the positive, these juices are very tasty, I didn't expect to like them as much as I did. Unfortunately this program didn't work out for me for a number of reasons. First, the ingredients are not organic and I am unable to find any information on how much pesticides are in the final juice product. The juice made my blood sugar soar, making me hungry all the time. I also started having daily migraines with auras, which points to high tyramine content. Overall I would recommend a high whole vegetable/fruit pescatarian type plan over excessive juice for most people to reset their health.”

We're glad you enjoyed the taste of our juices! You are correct- technically we are not certified organic. We'll let you in on a little secret- this is how we are able to keep our prices so low for our customers! However, all of our produce is grown locally in a chemical-free facility, and there are zero chemicals used in the growing, cleaning, or juicing process. We're sorry to hear about your migraines. Our juices do not have a high tyramine content. Tyramine does not occur in the fresh fruit and vegetables used in our products. Unless produce is dried or fermented, there will not be a high tyramine content. Juicers typically experience migraines like the one you described as a result of one of two factors: caffeine withdrawal OR as a result of detoxification. The best way to avoid this from happening is to ease into the cleanse by cutting out dairy, gluten, meat, and processed foods in the days leading up to your cleanse. If you are a regular coffee drinker, you should NOT abruptly stop for your cleanse as this is likely to trigger withdrawal symptoms like migraines. You can find more information about preparing for a cleanse properly on our website! If you're seeking a lower sugar option, we suggest our Skinny Soup Cleanse which has less sugar and fiber than our other cleanses!

“Juices are tasty. I have tried other companies in the past and will now only drink Raw Juices. I’m only on my second order now but plan on keeping a supply in my fridge to grab and go daily. I love, love them. They have great costumer service also! Great Product!!”

“The juices were all REALLY good. I liked the smoothie with the peanut butter the best, but the others were good as well - just not my faves. The soups were all DELICIOUS. The cleanse really didn't work well for me, as I have determined that I need to CHEW. I realize that you can also add some raw fruits/veggies or modify the cleanse, but I just don't think it's something that I will do again in the future. Again, the juices/smoothies/soups themselves were all great. No issues with shipping other than the price was high and it took longer than I anticipated. All in all, great products but drinking all of my food is just not for me!”

“The juices are great but it took mine over 1 week to come in and paying 59$ in shipping and them going bad after so long you wouldn't think it would take that long to arrive to my house. With no one saying sorry for your inconvenience or anything at that... Thank you!”
