not happy would like to of had a better idea of when it was going to arrive. ordered it on a thursday. it showed up thr follwoing thursday, just be for the weekend. i did not want to do it over that weekend. wanted it for that week.

Hi there! Our FAQ page does state that generally, shipping takes 1-3 business days. We are based in New Jersey and we process orders first come, first serve. All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. If you order later in the week and there are not enough days in transit to allow for the package to arrive by Friday (commercial address) or Saturday (home delivery), your order will be held for shipment until the following week. I see here you ordered on a Thursday night after 9 PM EST. Unfortunately, we can not get to your location in Texas before the end of the week (Saturday) if you order on a Thursday night, so the order was held and shipped the following Monday. According to tracking, your order was delivered promptly on Wednesday 1/10/2024. In the future, if you would like to ensure your order is delivered before the end of the week, please place your order before 1 PM EST on a Wednesday. You can also always reach out to us at support@rawgeneration.com to get a clearer idea of when you will receive your order once you've placed it :) Thanks!

Hi David! We understand your concerns and would like to address them! Other juice companies use preservatives or high pressure processing, which gives their juices a long shelf life, but degrades or eliminates most of the nutritional value and taste. So while their juice may not have to be frozen in transit, what’s inside is less nutritious. The only way to preserve all the nutrients and flavor in our juices is to flash freeze and ship them frozen. The styrofoam insulation in the boxes allows us to get you the products frozen as possible. We would like to also let you know we are always researching and testing more sustainable measures, however, we have not yet found any other materials that allow us to get the freshest, most delicious products to you safely as well as the materials that we currently use. Please rest assured we are always experimenting and searching for more sustainable ways to do this. Thanks!

So I ordered the 5 day cleanse and the stay skinny method and I have to say I am highly disappointed. Although the taste of all the juices and shakes were amazing, I only lost 1lb. Maybe it just don't work for the menopausal woman, if so, I wish it would have stated that as I spent over $200 in desperation to just get a head start on losing some weight.

I felt great for a couple of days, then at about day 3 I had stomach pains and diarrhea. I continued through the 5 days because I didn’t want to waste my purchase and was hoping it would turn around. It didn’t. I lost 2 pounds. I didn’t “cheat” at all. I’m very disappointed and discouraged.

Major shipping problems, even though I paid extra for overnight. Resulted in not being able to start cleanse when planned and able to. Will likely order from a competitor next time since never any problems with shipping (even though others are located on the West Coast and I am in ATL).

Hi Denise! Unfortunately what happens with the carriers is out of our control, but as discussed when you emailed, we did overnight you another package. Despite not having control over carrier issues, we will always do what we can to fix the problem. We do apologize again that it did not work with your plans, however, we did do everything in our power to fix this for you, including issuing a refund for your shipping charge as well as sending a brand new package. Too much garbage what I mean by that is the bottles by the time I was done with my three day cleanse I had so many bottles and I was feeling bad about it. even though I recycle them. You know it's still a lot.

Hi there! We understand your concerns and do apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, the only way to preserve all the nutrients and flavor in our juices without using any chemical preservatives or HPP (high-pressure pasteurization, which essentially cooks the juices to give them a longer shelf life) is to flash freeze and ship them frozen. When a liquid is frozen, it expands, causing glass bottles to shatter, so we must use plastic bottles instead.  We are always researching and exploring more sustainable measures. I was excited to try out the skinny cleanse. It was my first juice cleanse and was skeptical about it. I did the five day juice cleanse and it just made me feel bloated. All the juices were too sweet in taste. I did have energy with out drinking coffee, so that was good. I wouldn’t try them again.

The juices arrived very quickly, so customer service was great. The juices tasted awful though. I could only stomach one flavor. So while I get the effects I wanted to, it was more because I couldn’t stand to drink any more.

My latest purchase was a box of 42, that my boyfriend and I chose. I was upset when it finally got here that the entire package was ruined, completely thawed out and warm. I couldn't continue my juice routine. I'm still waiting for it. The 1st package was good. It was a skinny cleanse and a protein pack. Unfortunately I am still waiting on 2nd package and am very upset. I am not quite sure I want to continue with this institution, I have searched and found other brand that has great reviews.

I love the juice....but, I am disappointed with the delivery service. I have had two orders delivered within 3 days. My current order placed on 6/12 looks like it won't arrive till 6/19. By then the juice will no longer be frozen. Should I drink it?

3 of the caps on my juices were screwed on wrong or someone opened them… yuk. I threw them in the garbage. Suks, because they are very expensive.

I feel the juices are getting much too acidic, the carrot juice is no longer carrot juice everything tastes like orange and lemon juice now.

Juices don’t taste terrible and keep your full however, it’s not sustainable. For background I am a 34 female 140lbs, lost 4 lbs then gained it right back literally the next day. Disappointed yo say the least, especially for the price.

I followed the cleanse exactly as instructed for 5 days and only lost 2.6 pounds. That's easily written off as water weight. I was very disappointed to say the least.
