“Love that the juices are cold pressed to preserve nutritional ingredients but were much sweeter than I was anticipating (I wish I had read the ingredients label in more detail). After two days, I had to stop doing the cleanse and just do a partial day and then eat a healthy dinner because the sugar was just too much for me.”

“I find myself asking, “Could these juices really be healthy?” They taste sooooo good, that I find myself running out of them early because my whole family, including my 6 year old, drinks these juices. Our favorites are Sweet Roots, Sweet Greens, and Citrus Carrot.”

“This was my first time ordering from Raw Generation and I will definitely be making future purchases! My order was processed quickly, juices arrived on time, frozen, and in great condition. Their juices are delicious and I enjoyed every single one, (I ordered the 5 day skinny cleanse). It helped with my bloating, brain fog and made me feel energetic. At the end of my cleanse I lost 7.5 lbs. I can't wait until my next order.”

“We were able to complete the 5 day fast successfully. Each of lost weight with the skinny purchase; although, not the loss claimed. The juices were tasty and when not satisfying, we supplemented with raw veggies and fruits. We did notice more frequesnt unriations which kept us bouncing out of bed every 2 hours. Eventually, we drank our juices beinning earlier and ending earlier, which was helpful. The last day we experienced some weakness, but not alarming. The following day of our last detox, we were more energetic after a breakfast of an omelet with veggies. Subsequently, we feel much healthier. The unfavorable review is the cost to our retiremnt income, plastics and styrofoam for packaging. ALos, it's a cold winter and hot beverages would be more friendly.”

“The smoothies in the 3 day low sugar detox cleanse are indeed delicious. However, the amount of sodium in each bottle is way too high- anywhere from 430 to 200. If you consume 6 bottles a day, this is too much.”

Hi Jennifer, Lisa here, Raw Generation's company nutritionist. Thanks for reaching out to us! Great job in always checking your labels, that is one of the most important things you can do in your health journey. There is actually a 2-part answer in response to your concern here. First, the natural sodium found in raw fruits and vegetables does not react in your body in the same way as the sodium found in toxic table salt. Greens like spinach, celery, and Swiss chard have a lot of natural sodium, which is a very beneficial mineral for your body. Of the flavors in the Lower Sugar* Detox Cleanse, only one has a touch of added pink Himalayan salt, and that is the Protein Greens flavor. We intentionally use this type of salt as it does not contain the dangerous anti-caking agents present in table salt while also providing nutritional benefits to your body. Every other flavor is just a mix of fruits, vegetables, and/or unsalted, raw nuts. Second, even if you were to go by traditional "salt" standards, if you add up the sodium amount for an entire day of this cleanse, your tally would be 1,640mg. “I LOVED the juice cleanse that my husband and I did! The juices were delicious! We then followed it up with the Stay Skinny method. My husband lost 10 lbs. so far. I feel amazing. Best part is that my daughter decided to join us on the Stay Skinny method in order to clear her skin but ended up feeling not bloated and more energy. “The cleanses work great! I always lose weight, but the next day or two the weight always comes right back. So this time I tried to follow the cleanse with the stay skinny method. It is suppose to co to use the weight lost 2-3 lbs a week. It’s been 1 week since the cleanse and I haven’t lost or gained any more weight. I need to keep shedding pounds and the stay skinny method isn’t doing that.”

Drinking raw juices allows the body to detoxify, which in turn helps you see some quick and motivating progress. Just as with any other "quick fix" or new routine, going right back to what you did previously will render results similar or equal to exactly where you were before. To maintain your cleanse results and continue seeing more benefits to your health, some simple lifestyle shifts will help you be successful! We recommend eating and drinking a wide variety of fresh fruits and veggies every day. We also suggest limiting dairy and processed foods that are loaded with sugar, gluten, refined oils, & artificial ingredients. “I live the drinks and the service. I wake up every morning with a green juice or the intermittent fasting morning drink. I feel so much more energy and my skin looks clearer. I haven’t lost much weight but I feel better and at the end of the day that’s what matters most. I have changed the way I eat but still have fun foods. The mindset of 80/20 is solidifying in me and it’s not hard to make the change. For someone who has tried every diet this is the first way of eating that makes me happy and I’m not hungry! 100% recommend. Thank you!”

“not happy would like to of had a better idea of when it was going to arrive. ordered it on a thursday. it showed up thr follwoing thursday, just be for the weekend. i did not want to do it over that weekend. wanted it for that week.”

Hi there! Our FAQ page does state that generally, shipping takes 1-3 business days. We are based in New Jersey and we process orders first come, first serve. All orders are shipped Monday - Friday. If you order later in the week and there are not enough days in transit to allow for the package to arrive by Friday (commercial address) or Saturday (home delivery), your order will be held for shipment until the following week. I see here you ordered on a Thursday night after 9 PM EST. Unfortunately, we can not get to your location in Texas before the end of the week (Saturday) if you order on a Thursday night, so the order was held and shipped the following Monday. According to tracking, your order was delivered promptly on Wednesday 1/10/2024. In the future, if you would like to ensure your order is delivered before the end of the week, please place your order before 1 PM EST on a Wednesday. You can also always reach out to us at support@rawgeneration.com to get a clearer idea of when you will receive your order once you've placed it :) Thanks!
