Shipping was unacceptable. I was sent the wrong fed ex number and my shipment was delivered when I was away for the weekend. I contacted customer service when my fed ex number wasn't working but since it was over a weekend, I didn't hear back til late Monday morning. My products were sitting out for two days. Thankfully they weren't totally defrosted.

My shipment was late and I only used one day of juices. I really didn't enjoy them and they were far too sweet. Threw out the other two days.

This company may be OK in the future, but right now they are overstretched and poor customer service, slow shipping times and slow response times reflect it. I would go with someone else who already has their operations figured out.

The experience was great except the order was delayed due to overwhelming response. The package arrived when I was on vacation.

The product was great but I felt as if I had no clue to when the juice would arrive. Since this is a perishable product there must be some better way to track, especially during high demand. Mine did not arrive until I was on my way out of town...luckily I caught the package, or I would have had to beg a neighbor to somehow put over 30 bottles of juice in her freezer.

The juices were good, but were not filling enough to last me through the cleanse. Took a very long time for delivery (almost 3 weeks).

I was so disappointed because we were not told that it takes forever for the package to arrive. We wasted one whole 3 day cleanse because the package arrived when we were in Hawaii. We were expecting it prior to the trip because my wife wanted to do the cleanse before we leave. Then I had to keep calling to follow up on it which was tedious. Isabel gave us a replacement for the 3 day cleanse and it did arrive as I was told. The bag/cooler that I was promised by Joanne, never came. I wish they were more efficient and more reliable. If your product is good but your service is poor, any paying customer wouldn't want to continue business with you.

I was disappointed with the shipping process. I didn't receive my package until a couple of weeks after I placed my order, and it arrived on a weekend when I wasn't home so a friend had to store it for me. Since the contents had to be kept frozen, she had to empty her own freezer!

3 out of 6 bottles were the same. Just with different color stickers with different numbers. Delivery took so long and I couldn't figure when it will get here so I couldn't do 3 days but had to do 2 days as my schedule didn't allow me to. Had serious diarrhea after just half day. Did lose 4 pounds but I think I just lost water weight from all the loose bowel movements.

I wasn't notified of the updated schedule for the Protein Cleanse and I don't really like the product. I won't buy it again, but may buy the regular cleanse again.

I received one order earlier than requested because of your computer error, and you were to replace it. My replacement order doesn't seem to have shipped and my second order is lost in transit somewhere. So I've spent nearly $600 and have received nothing. I am beyond disappointed. Should have ordered the Suja cleanse instead of this one - everyone I know that ordered that received it on time with no issues. This is truly the worst on-line buying experience I have ever had.

I emailed the Live Chat for support on day one. I was drinking water, and still having headaches. This was a week ago. No one has responded. I only did 3 days, and froze the rest.

Overall I was pleased with the 5 day cleanse, the pkg arrived on time for me to begin cleansing on January 1st. I am now ready to continue my healthy eating lifestyle throughout 2015

Experience was very poor. The thawing process has to be revised. It took three days for my first drink to thaw even when I left it to the overnight in the refrigerator. So although it arrived on Tuesday could not start till Thursday and even then it still had ice particles in it.
