“So far so good. On my last day. Lost 4 pounds on the 3 day low sugar high protein cleanse. I do have a mild headache. I was a little hungry on the first day but after that the juices were filling. I do have to say I’m pleasantly surprised. Feel less bloated.”

Thanks for your feedback, Debra! The headaches can be caused by a lack of water and/or calories, caffeine withdrawal, refined sugar withdrawal, or blood sugar irregularities. The best way to remedy this is to hydrate with more water, cold-pressed juice, and herbal teas.

“The flavors are amazing! Make sure to have them fully thawed and shake well. I loved each flavor! I lost 7lbs in 3 days and after I continued a healthier relationship with food. I would highly recommend these juices. The juices were enough to keep me full all day, some days I couldn't even finish all 6. However, I did have some solids; ex fruits, veggies with cream cheese for when I had a "chew" craving”

“Products are excellent, the juices are extremely replenishing, I drink them after a hot yoga workout when I am very depleted. The only problem is that due to residing in Arizona where the weather is extremely hot for prolonged periods, the delivered product is sometimes only very partially frozen. It would be useful to know the best way to order for optimum delivery during the summer. Thank you.”

Thank you for your feedback! As long as there is a bit of ice or slush in the bottles they are fine to either consume within 24 hours or put into the freezer for later consumption. Unfortunately, this happens during the summer months, but as long as there is a bit of ice in the bottles they are good to go! :)

“I did the 5 day skinny cleanse. The juices taste so delicious. It was hard on day one for me, but by the end of day 2 I already got used to it. Definitely needed to eat some raw fruits and veggies during the cleanse, but I was always full and didn’t struggle. Happy to report, I lost 6 lbs and overall I just feel so good. My skin also cleared up a lot. I highly recommend this! Also — don’t be alarmed at the total sugar. It’s all natural from the fruits and veggies, no added sugar!”

“I purchased a 5 day skinny cleanse and spread it over 6 days. I lost 9.2 pounds! I feel great. I was never hungry and I love the juices. They are all delicious. I would definitely recommend Raw Generation!”

“I have been so sick with gut issues since having my last baby. RAWgeneration juices have been a lifesaver when I’m getting sick or having a flare up! Because there’s minimal fiber, my body can absorb aaaall the goodness it’s not getting from regular fruits and veggies.”

“The cleanse was good, the juices tasted good too. My only concern is the amount of sugar in each bottle (between 15-30 grams of sugar in each bottle) x 6 bottles/day is in my opinion more sugar than I'd like to consume. That would be my only issue. It's otherwise good.”

“I did the 10 day cleanse and I was meticulous and dedicated about sticking to it. I lost about 8 pounds but I was bloated and gassy the entire time. To the point where I was keeping a food journal to figure out which juice was causing the issue. Turns out it was the protein drinks. The last 2 days I eliminated those and subbed them with a different dairy free protein shake and I felt much better.”

“I never write reviews, but felt inclined to share my experience. I read other reviews and was a bit nervous to try the low sugar protein cleanse. It was excellent. If you like green juices, I think all flavors are all very good. I bought the 10 day pack and did the cleanse for 3 days. I'm using the additional juices as supplements and I'm really happy with that. I chose to auto ship and will do this regularly. I wasn't hungry at all while cleansing, and I only finished 4 juices a day (and I'm not a super light eater). My only complaint was that my stomach didn't feel amazing. I craved something a little carby just to settle my stomach. Tons of greens got a little abrasive, but it was tolerable for 3 days. Overall this was excellent and I'll be a repeat customer.”

“I purchased the protein cleanse to support me while I worked out, but I did not like the taste of the protein smoothies. I also believe I could be sensitive to pumpkin seeds and that was an ingredient in one of the smoothies. I felt bloated afterwards. I previously purchased the skinny cleanse amd after 3 days I felt lighter and my stomach felt very good. I'll stick with the skinny cleanse.”

“I completed the 3 day juice cleanse and post cleanse. It was the best decision as I was looking for a restart on changing my diet. The week prior I eliminated process foods and gluten. The 3 days without food was easier than I expected. It took about 2 weeks after to get back to eating full meals. I have not had any gluten and still drink a juice a day since I purchased another box of juices to have on hand. I lost 6 pounds since the cleanse but lost inches. I feel amazing!”

“I did the 10 day Skinny Cleanse, drinks taste great, the drinks gave me everything needed to have lots of energy and be able to work 11+ hour days and coming home to three young kids. It feels like they provide more mental clarity and overall feeling better. I’d recommend these to anyone.”
