I ordered 54 juices and only received 36. Less than thrilled about this error.

I like the product. I do not like the fact that the delivery date isn't more flexible, and should be noticed to the recipient PRIOR to shipping it, so that if that date not longer works, it can be changed. In December, product was shipped without prior notice, DESPITE MY HAVING ASKED FOR IT, knowing that I might be out of town during the possible delivery date. Sure enough, it sat at my office for days before I got back from the East Coast... This time, I would have asked for a Thursday delivery rather than Friday, as I was planning on working from home tomorrow, but now I have to come into my office to pick up the juices. Better to send notice the week prior to delivery announcing the delivery date and providing advanced notice to change or accept it, rather than just sending it and noticing the delivery once it is already on the way. By then, it's too late. You can do much better at customer service and satisfaction -- and on allowing folks to plan when they will do their juice cleanses, and thus be more successful and satisfied with your products! -- if you set up a better notification system. -Kathy Paspalis

Hi there, unfortunately with the subscriptions, there is no way for the system to send an earlier notification. Once your order is charged, you are sent an email that your order is being prepared. Because of the day of the week and transit time being express, your order was shipped the next day to get it to you as soon as possible once you paid for it. In the future, if you receive an email that we are preparing your order, you can email us at support@rawgeneration.com to schedule a delivery. We do apologize for any inconvenience and would be happy to send you a replacement box for the one that you paid for that was delivered without your knowledge. I want everyone to know how great this Skinny System is! I ordered it for 6 days and am now on my sixth day and have lost 7 pounds and feel fantastic! The juices are wonderful. The soups are very flavorful and the consistency is not too thick. The protein shakes are the best and keep me filled for many hours. I am a veteran cleanser from other companies and can now say without a doubt, RAW Generation is the best product for the quality and the cost. I will order your product again. Thank you.

There is a 3-5 business day processing time before shipping, and then 1-3 days transit time depending on your location. Based on the day of the week you place your order, it may feel like it had taken two weeks, but it would not have exceeded 5 business days in processing. I ordered my juice over 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Finally received a shipping notice 2 days ago. Tracked my package and it says it should be here in another 2 days. Seems like a ridiculously long time to ship it initially and then it is expected to remain frozen until ready for use, pretty difficult when it takes 4-5 days to arrive!

Hi there, you ordered your juice on 2/17, which was a Saturday. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days. The normal processing time is 3-5 business days, plus 1-3 days transit time depending on your location. You are a 3-day transit, your order was shipped on Monday, 2/26, which was the 5th business day. It is in transit now scheduled to be delivered today. The FRESH juice is shipped in a specially designed insulated box that will keep it frozen in transit for up to 4 days if something happens with FedEx and your package is not delivered. Your juice will be frozen when it gets to you. Hi there, your order is in transit scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. The normal processing time is 3-5 business days, that does not include weekends. You are an express shipment (3-day transit) which can only go out on Mondays and Tuesdays. You ordered on a Tuesday, which pushed your order back to the next week. The normal processing time and rules regarding express shipments to the Pacific time zone are notated when placing your order. We apologize for any inconvenience or false expectations.

The 3-day protein cleanse was easy and effective. I highly recommend following each of the colorful choices with one of the creamy choices and staying on track to have one every 2 to 2.5 hours to keep from getting "hangry." Definitely will do this clean program again!

Customer service could have been better. Took almost a week for me to get a tracking number. I’m not sure if that’s expressed on their website but it should be. The only reason I’m giving them 3 instead of 1-2 stars is because when I finally did get my tracking number I received the package the next day. And they were frozen solid when I got home. Price is good too. But it’s a no for me on purchasing again.

I absolutely love the juices. My most favorite was the Carrot juice. So Amazing! They all came fresh and frozen.

I received an order last week, but I didn't place it. I must be on some sort of subscription. I sent you an email trying to cancel it, but I received no reply. I also do not have an account to log in to your site. Please send me some sort of response and a confirmation of my account being closed.

Hi Tifani, it seems that when you placed your order back in November you signed up for an every 12-week subscription. I went ahead and made sure the subscription was canceled so you will not receive any further shipments.

I got the skinny cleanse and let me just tell you, DONT TRY IT. It was the biggest waste of money due to the fact they were the most awful things I’ve ever tasted. I had to hold my breath everytime I drank one and pray I didn’t need to breathe through my nose during the process. I only made it through one of the three days and now I’m sitting here. Still fat. With two days worth of nasty cleansing juice in my fridge. Highly do not recommend this product

Hi there, we're sorry to hear that you weren't the biggest fan of our flavors. Unfortunately, one of the drawbacks of eating a diet rich in processed foods, dairy, gluten, sugar, and meat is that it can affect our tastebuds and hinder the way fruit and vegetables taste to us. It takes time for your body to detox and reboot before your palette begins to experience fresh fruit and vegetable juice the way that nature intended.

Really, really good. My hectic schedule doesn't always allow me to be as proactive as I'd like to be about eating healthy. But I've been experiencing digestive issues that mean I need to make clean eating a priority. With Raw Generation I have absolutely no excuse. I've not tried a flavor I didn't love. Fresh, delicious AND good for you -- what's not to like. :-)
