Raw Generation provided no significant benefits for me other than allowed me to prove to myself that I can easily go three days without eating solid foods. I did not use the restroom other than to urinate the entire course of the plan. I did ween off heavy, fatty foods and large meals going to the regimen. I drank only water and back coffee during and two days before the regimen. I lost 1.5 pounds, though I didn’t do RG to lose weight, I wanted to reset my digestion and metabolism some.

I ordered the lower sugar 3 day cleanse. I felt like it was still sweet. I had to eat by dinner time. I was very weak. I only drank 4 of the 6 juices on day 1. The rest are still in my freezer. I don’t think it is sustainable for 3 days.

Hi there! If done properly, the preparation before a cleanse makes it much easier to get down all the juices you need in a day without feeling the need to eat food. If all 6 juices are consumed in a day it is very sustainable and has proved to be incredibly effective. The key to a successful cleanse is preparation! The juices did not taste all that great and I did not lose any weight as they are loaded with sugar. I have been on Weight Watchers for a little over a month and lost 10 pounds, walk about 3-6 miles a day, and needed something to help with the plateau. I tried this and it was awful. Maybe if you are first starting out on being healthy or doing something new this is for you, but if your body is used to not much sugar or carbs, do not try this.

ok ordered to my grandbaby she like some to not all and did not drink them i asked to stop the shipments in the future but now i am have to pay more money to stop it and went back and forth forever before i got the answer that i had to pay to stop it well if they have to charge to stop then everyone be ware of this because it is expensive anyways thanks raw generation for you help in this matter....

Hi there! Yes, it is our policy that if you place a subscription order you must receive at least 2 fulfillments before cancelation, or there will be a fee processed for early cancelation. This policy is shown and agreed upon by the customer before the order is placed. Be very careful of the results you see when using these products. I did the 10 day protein cleanse and tracked my progress on an inBody scanner. I lost more than a pound of muscle a day and no fat. If your goal is weight loss you will see the number on the scale go down but it’s not from losing fat. When I called for guidance on how to add protein to the cleanse to prevent the loss of more muscle I was met with arguments and was told they do not have a nutritionist. The reason they got 2 stars is the juices taste good and I found it easy to go all day on the 6 servings a day.

Hi Shelley! It looks like you ordered a different product this time. Your previous order was a Lower Sugar cleanse, which has smoothies. This order you placed was for a Skinny Cleanse (no smoothies) and a Stay Skinny Method with only 4 smoothies.

Upon receiving my product half of it was thawed, I reached out within the hour of receiving it where I was instructed to freeze them and they would be fine if there were just a “shred of ice” but I could not tell. Day 6 of my 10 today before my trip, they taste very different. I would like to order more but upon reaching out the first time I don’t feel like it was taken seriously. I am tossing the remaining product and having to lose out on a great deal of money.

The juices all tasted like dirt. I did the prep steps and followed the rules. After the first juice I had such gastric upset it was unbearable. I tried to persevere due to the expense, but I was physically unable. Trying to drink something so disgusting while already nauseous is the worst thing. I would not recommend this cleanse, and I saw no results. I even tried to reach out and explain my issue and no response.

I have used Raw Generation before for Juice fasts and they have been great. However, this last time, my shipment arrived thawed. They kindly offered to send a replacement next day air , but that one arrived 3 days late also. It too was defrosted/thawed. The juice wasn't packed in ice and I live in Florida. It is hot here. RG refunded me without any issues, but I didn't get to do my fast as planned, so for that, I have to give 2 stars. Maybe I can try again another time.

The juices were very good. The 2 smoothies tasted like puke… I couldn’t even drink them. It was a waste of money getting this one and I could only drink 4 juices a day because of how bad the smoothies were. Definitely try a different cleanse.

Hi! We are so sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience with us. In our cleanse instructions it states "If 6 bottles a day is not enough for you, try eating raw fruits and/or vegetables. Any are good, but ripe bananas are extra filling. If you are still hungry, try a plain baked white or sweet potato or some plain steamed vegetables." I liked the concept which is why I’m giving the 2 stars. However, I did get really sick from the skinny cleanse. Spent over $400 for skinny cleanse and post cleanse juices and I can’t use any of it. Kinda feel like I wasted my money

Honestly the juices tasted horrible in my opinion. And there should have been more options. I’ve seen other cleanses with way more variety. Probably just do better next time.

Very disappointed. I should have paid more attention to the nutritional values. The daily limit of sugar for women is 26 grams. If you consume all 6 drinks per day, as recommended, you would be consuming over 130 grams of sugar PER DAY. Not a healthy cleanse and all I paid for was SUGAR.
