Hi Stuart, Apologies again for the delay on your order, this was dispatched on Friday however due to a cross-labelling incident, the wrong parcel had been sent. We managed to stop the parcel and re-dispatched your order on a premium service which was delivered this morning. Hi Paul, Thank you for your feedback. Our shipping costs cover the costs we are charged by couriers and for packing materials. We are constantly re-negotiating with our couriers to drive down these costs and are currently looking into introducing RoyalMail as a low-cost option for small orders.
