“what a nightmare today was on school run with number 15 bus number 224 refusing to drive because there was 2 buggies and walker which there was plenty of room for all and he was refusing to drive saying he can only take 1 buggy and the walker in the end all us families had get off the bus and walk as we was getting late to collect our kids, this should be driver handing his notice specially his he makes up rules like this during pick up. thanks making us all late for our kids we all left the bus in the end as he refused to go anywhere 😡”
“The 730 flight line bus service is great . The drivers are very kind and helpful and put your case away for you . It is so easy to use and I would not hesitate to recommend it . The trip to Heathrow T5 is seamless . I am very impressed .

“They con you out of money. If you use your card to tap on and off, they charge for an individual trip each time rather than being like every other travel company and seeing you’ve completed more than 2 trips and only charging you for a day travel card. Absolute cowboys, but doesn’t surprise me as it’s run my Reading Borough Council, some of the biggest crooks in the country!”

“Buses rarely run on time or randomly disappear from the app so can't accurately track your bus I've now been told that the 15 bus no longer goes on to Arlington business park bravo Reading buses people from the Oxford road side of town no longer have direct access to one of Readings main business parks one of the main reasons people don't use the bus anymore because they don't go to the places people need to go to I will be using the train from now on I'm afraid”

“My 4:26 am bus never turned up. Just disappeared off the reading buses app. Now trying to call customer care to make a complaint and I'm still waiting for an answer that will never come. Due to this number 26 not turning up. I had to walk 2 hours to work after purchasing my ticket. Now I'm on hold for what seems like forever. This is why I can't stand public transport and walk 9/10
Reading buses need to fix up and stop fobbing people off with rubbish excuses. I'm actually so angry and frustrated with this so called service. It's beyond a joke!!”
