I'm sure you must make plenty of extra cash when you don't give out change and some people like me get on the bus without the correct money and end up paying more then what the fair is”

Absolutely rude behaviour of the driver of the bus9 .grumpy impatient answers ,implying that I'm not intelligent and cannot read.all I asked is a daily ticket.
I think if people like me need to be travelling a lot on the buses and paying for tickets a lot as we do that is not nice experience.
There are a lot of nice drivers looking for work that could replace such rude and frustrated once already employed........”
“The prices have recently changed and I wasn’t aware of it so I was 20p and short and the bus driver started yelling at me saying I should’ve known cause it’s been there for so long when it’s only been in place for a couple weeks. I understand I was short of money but I didn’t know and he was unnecessarily rude to me and could of approached the situation in a much better way then yelling at me.”

“Worst Bus company in the UK. I had to put at least 1 star but I wouldn’t give this company or these people a single one. Utterly rude staff, drive past people whilst they’re signalling for the bus to stop when you’re at a stop (this bus was in service), then when you challenge it’s not their problem. Then drivers with no disability badge get the urge to tell you to put a mask on but they can’t wear one themselves, I’m no communist but what a joke those drivers are. You took the £1.30 fare away for those travelling short distances during a pandemic. You sick puppies. Would rather walk these days. Disgusting.”

“Today on 4th January, im a kid going to school by two buses either 17 or 4 and 33 at St. Marys Butts. Mistakenly i took £2.52 instead of £2.70. The driver of 4x told me about it and told him that i would go back to my home and bring the right amount for the next 17 bus. I guess he had a hearing problem and just gave me a single ticket. At that moment i was confused how to go by the 33 bus. He just continued the bus journey even after i told him to open the doors. Please give us understanding drivers.”
“Worst company. Always late, sometimes buses are not even showing up.. 45 minutes waiting in the cold. The price is way too high for the service. Trying to save the planet taking the bus, but they are just pushing us to have car. Avoid !!!!”
“I am taking bus 13 every morning to get to work. The time it’s supposed to be at the bus stop is 08:53 but it seems to have 20 mins delay every day. I think the times should be advertised correctly as no one wants to wait in the cold for 20 mins. The bus stop this is happening is Wilmington close.”
