“Look no furtherâ€¦This team is top notch. They are fast, friendly, thorough, profession, reasonable and competent. I couldn't believe how easy it was for me as a seller to complete the sale of our home. I would recommend them to anyone. I had so many bids, I didn't know which one to choose. “Stephen and Jennifer were awesome to work with, they truly exceeded my expectations. My house went on the market on a Wednesday and by Thursday morning, I had two offers. Their communication style and marketing talent really helped with this quick saleâ€¦ I appreciate them very much and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting the best agent around!”

“I found Steven when googling Portland housing market. His articles demonstrated current knowledge of the market and flexible thinking. The Realtor I used when I last sold in 2007 didn't realize the market was changing, and gave me poor advice. A Realtor who sells an average of 2 houses a week is in great touch with the market. Steven's photographer took great photos for the listing. The interior photos looked better than real life. The attractive photos and directness of the text made for a great RMLS listing, which generates the interest to view the house. I saved almost $5K on commissions, and don't think a full fee Realtor would have sold it any quicker or for a higher price. I will use Steven again.”

“Stephen's office was a great support through the whole process of selling my home. Stephen is an absolute professional and well prepared with knowledge of the Portland home market. His team provided me with prompt communication and put me in contact with home professionals as I needed them to prepare my home for a speedy sale. “We hired Stephen to list our house and had a great experience working with him and his assistant Jennifer. We listed in a very hot market, the house was only active for three days before we received multiple offers and accepted one above asking. We really needed a 60 day rent back to give us enough time to find a new house. Jennifer was awesome and went back and forth between the two best offers to get us the highest price and the rent back period that we needed. The only thing that was somewhat surprising for us was that once we received offers on our house we didn't work with Stephen, we worked exclusively with Jennifer to get the deal closed. That turned out to be fine because Jennifer was awesome to work with; she is extremely good at her job and is very responsive and easy to work with. Although our interaction with Stephen was somewhat limited, he was always available for questions and was good about getting back to us quickly. I would definitely recommend using Stephen and Jennifer to list your home.”

“My wife & I were looking for an honest realtor that would offer us (the seller) a fair price and at the same time implement outstanding service in the selling our home. We found Stephen FitzMaurice. We knew that in our neighbor there was lots of competition with 10 homes for sale. Stephen told us that with the home priced fairly and proper promotion the home could sale within a month or two. I thought that might be a tall order. Knowing that Stephen was one of the preeminent agents in the area we decided to trust him. Within 3 weeks we had a cash offer for the full asking price. The house was sold 11 days later. We have a rental that we will be selling in the future and Stephen FitzMaurice will be our agent. I can't recommend Stephen highly enough.”

“The best thing about Stephen is that he has used his experience to fine-tune a process that is efficient and lucrative for selling houses. He invests in the advertising/marketing aspects of the sale (e.g. visibility on all websites, professional photos, etc) which translates into a quick sale for possibly more than another realtor. I was extremely satisfied with this. We sold our house within 2 days for more that I would have expected. He also gave good advice on what we should focus on in home improvements before it went on the market. The only word of caution that I have is that he doesn't hold your hand' as much as another dealer. He's very responsive to any requests, but the personal touch is lighter than other realtors. For me, this was a perfect match (I didn't want much of that) but if your personality type wants to be close to your realtor you may want to go with someone else.”

“We had a wonderful experience working with Stephen. We followed his recommendations and sold within 4 days of listing at above listing price! We never believed it would happen so quickly or that we would attract so many great offers. We could not be happier with the outcome. We initially weren't certain of our selling timeline but Stephen listened and was respectful of our needs. He provided advice in the meantime. That was really helpful. We knew we were going to sell, just not when, so we followed his advice in clearing out the house and getting it into open house condition. When we were ready to sell, he provided updated market specs and recommendations. Again, we think the house sold so quickly at a great price because of Stephen's recommendations. “I loved the team approach. I worked with one team who focused on finding me a condo and another team who focused on selling my house. It was very effective. “We had a home for sale in Portland, OR. As we all know, there are innumerable real estate brokers and agents for prospective buyers and sellers to choose from. I interviewed several including, Stephen FitzMaurice. A couple I interviewed, even offered a lower commission than Stephen. But from lessons' learned, paying less too often means getting less in return. But with Stephen FitzMaurice and his uber-capable executive assistant, Jennifer, I really lucked out. As it sometimes just happens, the process of selling our house was not as direct as we would have hoped. But through the steady guidance of Stephen and Jennifer, based upon their years of experience, and their unwavering patience with an impatient home-owner (moi), as well as, their sage advice, we sold the house for $50,000 more than our original asking price! I am not making this up. Obviously, that alone makes me very happy. But if I can impress upon anyone who is contemplating hiring Stephen and his team it is this: Throughout the process, Stephen and Jennifer gave me a sense of security that I was in the hands of two highly capable, caring individuals who were going to do whatever was necessary to take the burden off me, and get the house sold. I thank them for that. I could not be more pleased and give them my highest recommendation.”

“Our experience with Mr. Fitzmaurice has been nothing short of flawless. Stephen has his art down to a science, and is one of the most efficient realtors I've had the privilege to have worked with. He is incredibly patient, thoughtful, kind, and accommodating, and knows how to get the job done. After reviewing and discussing options for our property sale in N. Portland, we agreed upon a very fair listing price. Due to Stephen's suite of online marketing and paid-for feature listings, we had over a dozen interested parties nearly immediately, and received a full price offer within 24 hours of listing. I was ready to gladly accept the offer, but Stephen advised to wait over the weekend to see if multiple bidders could be pitted against each other. This turned out to be great advice! By the end of the weekend, we had another offer at $6K over our asking price, which yielded a quick closing, no repairs, no concessions. The whole experience was smooth, easy, and very fruitful, and I would gladly refer and use Stephen again for all our Portland area real estate needs! In addition to being a great real estate agent, he's also an all around good guy, and a pleasure to work with. He has a very focused yet laid back attitude, and has the people skills to address all of the situations and stresses that pop up over the course of a property transaction. Stephen's team (Jennifer) was also incredibly responsive, professional, and patient. They made a great duo! Thanks again for a great transaction, and looking forward to working with you again soon!”

“We had our home on the market for 7 months in 2014 and it didn't sell. We had several offers and they all fell through, not because the home, but because the buyers backing out for various reasons. During this process our #1 complaint was there was NO communication from our realtor. They did not explain what was happening. Then we switched to Stephen and everything changed. Him and Jennifer explained everythign to us. They made us part of the process and helped us understand what was happening along the way. Our home sold very quickly. During closing they even negotiated some additional benefits for us as the seller without us asking for it. They truly were lookign out for us through the entire process from listing to closing. I would use them again in a second.”

“Being in a different state I found Stephen via the Internet, I called him, he, rather than jumping to get my business right away and since I was not in a hurry to sell, he recommended me to wait a few months to list my property in order to get a better selling price. I thought that was very honest on his part, he said he would call me back and he did, exactly when he promised. Stephen went way above and beyond to just listing and selling my house; he met with my tenants, received and inspected the property, twice, and he even check on my tenants on a Sunday of a holiday weekend! Stephen and Jennifer were great through out the whole process, they not only saved me lots of money because I didn't have to travel to Portland but also because they sold my property in just two days and above asking price! I will highly recommend them!”

“We recently sold property in Portland that we listed with Stephen FitzMaurice at Premier Properties. His knowledge of the Portland market and our unit priced it right for the quick sale we had hoped for. Within 48 hours of listing we had a full price offer. Repairs and cleanup were needed after renting. We live in NewMexico and were not there to do the repairs. Using contractors recommended by Stephen things were taken care of quickly and professionally with Stephens assistant Jennifer being very helpful with all the details. Paying a reduced commission of 4.5 % instead of 6% is a great benefit. We would most definitely recommend Stephen as your Portland realtor.”

“Stephen and his staff did an amazing job. I received an offer in 9 days at a price higher than the listing price, because of the excellent service and capability of Stephen and his staff. From the first day he came to the house for an interview, to the process of preparing the house, setting up the listing, through to the closing, every step of the way he performed. His advice on staging, his tech support to ensure high volume coverage of the listing, his ability to monitor all internet activity, and his negotiating skills are superior. I was impressed with his no-nonsense approach that works. The fact that he also has the most reasonable commission rate is a bonus, although I would have chosen him anyway. Many thanks to Stephen and his team to exceed all expectations on my house sale.”
