“I bought the watch for my daughter who is a competitive tennis player and I was very impressed with the company's personal touch and professional service. The watch arrived on schedule and my daughter is very happy with it. You are doing a fantastic job and I will buy from you in the future. Thank you!”
“Hi Jared! We have setup the M3i...transferred our setting from our Trek Domanes and did a test ride! So nice and quite! My wife is already for her virtual spin class tomorrow! Our Surge Cycling spin club has a fleet of M3i,so purchasing a M3i was a no brainer..and no need look any further for trainer that minics a road bike. Thx and Happy Holidays! Al & Judi Bryl”
“I had a good purchase experience from start to finish! I did talk to them directly in regards to the delivery. They were very friendly and answered my question with no issues. I received my new MX55 Dumbells with no problems whatsoever. I would use their service again!”
“All good, had a nice experience. Only one suggestion is to offer options with shipping for people who may want something sooner. Don’t get me wrong, free shipping is great but having an offer to get it sooner is nice.”
Hi Vipul,
Your order was placed and shipped out on the same day. Due to the holiday rush, we cannot offer expedited shipping. It is unfortunate that we could not meet your 5-star service.
Hi Rachel,
Apologies for the delay that Thanksgiving put on your order. Your bike was shipped from California on the 18th and since you are on the East Coast + Thanksgiving holiday it took a bit longer than normal!
“Read this to the end. I originally slammed Recovery for Athletes with a one-star review because they asked me to review the bike before I ever received it (I now believe the request was generated by an automated program). I then got multiple reminders to review it after they said I had received the bike, when in fact all I had received was the floor protector and the heart monitor. I was pissed and sent Jared (one of the Recovery for Athletes founders) a pissy email and voicemail, but to be fair to him and Recovery for Athletes, they kept their cool and stayed in touch. I initially ordered from them because I want to support small businesses and hoped for better service than I might get from Amazon or Keiser. I got off on the wrong foot with RfA, but the bike arrived 6 hours after the mat and heart monitor, it was in good condition (even though the box looked like hell) and the bike (so far) is awesome. The only reason I am withholding one star from this review is because they need to fix their automated requests for reviews. Other than that, I think RfA is probably a 5 star business and I look forward to buying from them again. The main reason is because there is a human on the other side of the country who actually bothers to read the nasty review I left and cares enough to explain why the bike arrived after they asked me to review it. Peace, Jared. I am not as big of an A-hile as I might have sounded. Have nice day. :-)”
“kept me updated with email on order status, i had an issue where i entered the wrong address in the shipping section of my order. contacted them via email, within 24 hours the issue was resolved and my order shipped. thank you to you and your team.”
“Shipping was a bit slow but overall the equipment is fantastic. I wish it were a little cheaper or easier to rent. Having to have a prescription made it prohibitive to rent and have available by time the surgery was scheduled. I now own a very expensive piece of equipment which likely won't be used often.”
