“I would have rated it as excellent except that we were told that with the “Y” connector we could run 2 cuffs at the same time. We tried and they run about 8-10 degrees warmer (Estimate) with both hooked up. This is not acceptable to us. We called and they asked if we had added extra water with 2 connected? We said yes, and tried again still not acceptable. Then a factory rep called us and said the same thing, said he would call back to try it again. We tried it again but results were no better. He didn’t call back so I called and left a message, over a week has gone by with no satisfaction or returned call. The “Y” connector and straight knee sleeve is drained and back in their bags, they are of no use to use to us and almost $900 Sitting here wasted. I would have liked to have a refund for the these items. So later when I hurt something else I would order that sleeve for that body part then.”

The reason I ordered it from recovery for athletes was they assembled the bike But that didn’t happen.
They said it was because they had trouble getting orders out so they sent it not assembled . They should have called me and informed me of that.”

I guess there was some miscommunication because I thought everything was shipped but apparently they are readying my order for the rower itself. I sort of chalk this up to water rower than recovery. “Our Viking Two Plus arrived in less than a week from ordering. It came with high quality hardware and took me about 25 mins to unbox and put together. I want to stress...it didn't come with cheap tools. Everything was well labeled and easy to follow.
We got this to be able to workout from home during COVID and have loved the machine. It stands up nicely and has a small footprint, it's relatively quite, it's sturdy & well made, and it is a versatile machine. My wife does a little hiit circuit on it and gives it 10/10. I've done sprints, longer rows, and other bodyweight exercises using the seat to provide some instability. Try doing a set of pistol squats, or ab rollouts using the seat as your base and this rower makes you feel the burn all over.
