“Hi Guys, Thanks so much for the recycled mat. Im so pleased with the product. Only dissapointing part was that I purchasaed the mat with a free door mat although the free mats had run out and I received a bamboo cheese board. A bit dissapointed”

“Mat description on website could be improved - I was under the impression that it would be a thicker more robust construction - very hard to tell from the photo. Luckily its good inside the door, but can't be outside as it will be in full sun on summer afternoons for hours and its construction probably won't be up to that. Also would be wet a lot in winter. Liked the minimalist packaging - but could have done with a paper based tape to hold it together rather than the plastic tape. Package came by road from QLD to Perth WA and took 14 days which wasn't a problem but some estimate of delivery time would be helpful.”

“The mat itself appears accurate to the advertising. The process of receiving the mat was less than ideal, with it being returned, and resent with me requiring an additional postage fee which initially I thought may have been due to me, but Australia Post have assured me was not. Upon opening my parcel, the carry bag was ripped and the zipper was broken, so overall, not a happy experience.”

“After using a friend's mat on a camping trip and loving it, I decided to go out a purchase my own. On the second camp trip, I took the mat on, a camp chair had damaged some of the weaves. When contacting the company about the issue, they were less than helpful. 3 out of 5 stars; I appreciate the design, the idea and the overall quality, however, the price of the mat and the fact that you can only use specific chairs/items when camping and the client service provided when opposed with an issue is sub-par.”

“Delivery is challenging, I am still waiting for our first order, apparently it has been held up by Australia Post. It was ordered back in September and we are still waiting for deliver? I hope our second order is not as long on the delivery”

“Used once, several broken strands have been found, without even looking for them. The mat is comfortable etc, but the quality of it isn't great at the moment. Unsure as to how long it will last”

“Great service from recycled mats but unfortunately Australia post has not delivered it yet. (Over two weeks) Please plant a tree for me and I will leave a proper review once we have had a chance to use the mat.”

“The mat is beautiful but not the one I thought I had ordered. There is a fault on your webpage. I clicked on and paid for a small diamond pattern (didn't think it necessary to look at or check other images) and I received a large diamond pattern that now lives folded up in my cupboard. A sad waste if money.”

“I love the look of my banksia bloom mat, and its green credentials- but I’m disappointed by it being quite slippery (the top surface). I did quite a lot of research and looked for a non-slip mat - which is mentioned as a feature on your website - but my feet and hands slide during practice. I took a risk with an online purchase as normally you are able to return / exchange an item if it doesn’t work as described”

Gidday Jan, Thanks for your feedback, we are an Australian company and some of our products are manufactured in Australia, including 6 out of our 9 picnic tables that we sell. They are clearly listed with an Aussie Made logo on the image and also note on the product that its made in Australia, however you chose the cheaper of picnic tables which are made in China, we list on every single item on the website where each item is made that so that people can make their own choice at the time of purchase. You are still supporting an Australian business that has Australian staff, pays rent, taxes and the hundreds of other charges that it takes to run a business here including wages to our team.
