“Booked a Helicopter flight for my Wifes Birthbay. Could not book the flight site as advertised on the RLD website was redirected to Adventure Experience website which did not have the flight site I had planned to use near her Birthday Holiday. Then had to register with AE whose site corrupted the Ref No. which caused concern, also could'nt book a flight on her Birthday. VERY Dissapointed in the whole process.”

“Not great at all. I booked a spa for my mum and me with Red Letter Days and unbeknown to me she also booked something separately somewhere else. I immediately contacted Red Letter Days to ask if I could cancel. This was a week ago and have not heard back leaving only a week to the spa day now. It was only then I realised how difficult it actually is to cancel with Red Letter Days. It keeps on suggesting that you change the date or change the activity but I don't want either of those things - I just want to cancel. We don't want two spa days! This is my first experience booking with Red Letter Days and would avoid such third party organisations in future.”

“Rip off. Same hotels can be booked direct or through booking sites for less money. Hotel we looked at to book wanted £440 on top even though could book it elsewhere for less than price paid to Red letter days. Same story on many hotels out of season and mid week. Advise to go directly to hotel or give people cash gift!!”

“Awful service, purchased a voucher with a value of £159 and still waiting to receive it. They have 'attempted' to get the voucher to me and raised it with the seniors and still have no response. I'm currently out of pocket £159 as well as the voucher being intended as an engagement gift on the 26th February which is now long gone.”

“Purchased Red Letter racing pack for Ffos Las. On receipt of vouchers thought great what a service. Then it went downhill. Rang racecourse as advised to book date and they said they would ring back from booking office and lady who deals with it. 10 days gone 8 phone calls to ffos las each one promising I would get a phone call from booking office. Nothing yet. Please help.”

“Lots of choice in the driving experiences category. Sometimes less is more and we had to visit the site a few times before we could decide. Once we did, the voucher was received promptly and looks great.”

“I used my nhs discount to purchase hard rock cafe brunch however they didnt have availability for a long time therefore needed to swap them. I was very disappointment to find out that to transfer them i completely lost my discount. This was very disappointing.”
