Red letter themselves offer a great service but bit concerned with the companies. Could not attend a gift bought for us because of health reasons, so changed it to an afternoon tea but when called to book had attitude and could not book us in till end of September from beginning of August. I realise it was a booking team but got the impression, as it was Red letter, you can wait.!

I was just scanning through some possible Red Letter Days but did not have chance to book anything. The next day I received a 15% voucher for one of the events I had been looking at. What an excellent deal so I went ahead and booked. The voucher arrived sooner than claimed. Wonderful service

Bought an afternoon tea for 4 not noticing it was for a family of 4. Needed to cancel and book 2 vouchers for tea for 2. Contacted Red Letter Days via Live Chat and they sorted it all out for me. Excellent Customer Service from Arjun. The afternoon really at the Townhouse Chester was excellent also with homemade sausage roll and wraps to go with the sandwiches. Cakes were all very tasty even the scone was good.
