“Received the voucher. We have been trying to redeem it online and it won’t except the code. We have emailed them and received a reply asking us to phone customer service which we did. We were on hold for 35 minutes then told there’s a problem with the online system and someone would phone us back. One week later and nothing 😢 Still waiting”

“Avoid. Booked bat mobile drive based on lovely glossy photos. Reality was an absolute wreck barely drivable. Food prices at the venue an absolute rip off £17 for two cheeseburgers and two small bottles of water. Constantly trying to sell you something else the whole time and a two hour wait for a 5 min drive. Never again.”

“I paid for X2 youth driving sessions this week and tried to cancel them as we will not be able to use them due to failure of getting slots on preferred location and within the right timeframe. I have not been able to get through to anyone as the company has no customer services line. I have tried to cancel the tickets X3 times in vain. No single response from company. Very poor service . Almost £90 gone just like that. If anyone can advice me on how to claim my money back that will be most helpful. Thank you.”
