“We needed a 21st birthday present for our grandson and Red Letter days was suggested by a friend. We quickly found a perfect present and put in our order with express delivery as it was for the next day (with fingers crossed as we were just outside the 'order by' time). The package was delivered next morning which was excellent, and our grandson is raring to go. We will certainly use and recommend 'Red Letter days'.”

“The website is really poor for finding options, no hyperlinks to hotels or anything that might make it easier to look at the hotel options etc. Once booked, (having done a lot of extra searching on other tabs myself for basic info that redletter days could provide) I got no confirmation email. Called customer service, 12th in the queue, I requested a call back, they resent the email. Called the company to use my voucher, and the phone is dead, so potentially not in business any more? Tried searching for other options to contact the hotel, but none available. Called Red letter days, 40th in the queue this time.”
