“The red logo was plastered all over the posting bag so when my husband took receipt of it he knew what was in the bag. Spoiled the surprise. :(”

“This was my first order. I got a hoodie towel which is so well made and comfortable. I also got a thermal zip hoodie, beautiful quality and texture. Packages were wrapped so well too. Totally recommend.”

“I had pre ordered two of Reds change robes and received an email thanking me for my order and assuring me that should I have any queries that I could contact Red. I found that very reassuring. The robes arrived on the exact date promised and we LOVE them!!”

“Had the robe now for 1 week and it has totally exceeded my expectations. A cold week swimming in the channel and it is so nice to get the robe on and warm up. Don't regret my choice, greatdesign and colour, and nice to be abit different from the norm.”

“The coat/ changing robe wasn’t in stock at the time I ordered it but Red stayed in contact. The customer service is excellent with very short replay times. On arrival the coat is every bit as good as I had hoped. Very waterproof and really snuggly. I love the oversized fit and have been complemented several times. Delivered on the said date.”

“Really good help on discussing best sizes and options, absolutely fantastic service and my New RED changing robe is awesome, water flask is just what i needed and the base layer is great. “Prompt and efficient delivery. Item arrived earlier than expected. Bought the long sleeve waterproof changing robe as a gift, so not been used yet. Initial inspection and robe is excellent quality with strong zips, should do the job.”
