“The delivery time is quick (as are the refunds - I ordered the wrong item initially and had to return it and website is quick and easy to use for purchases and returns. The only thing I would say is that the box was damaged on the first package I received. The contents were not affected in any way, but the box was quite torn so potentially could have led to damage of the contents.”

“I love my Dry robe. Bought the large in Fusia Pink and light grey. Beautiful colour combination. I love the length, lovely soft Sherpa fleece which dry really quickly and is super warm. external pockets are great and feel really secure. Internal pockets are great also , good for undies or a hot water bottle. This Dry robe feels light to wear but is super warm, really good substantial hood. Love the zip pulls and velcro straps on the wrist. I sea swim most days and this is the most important part of my kit. Wouldnt be without one !!”

“This is the best purchase I've made ALL YEAR. I love sea swimming and hate being cold. It gets me out onto the beach and keeps me warm afterwards, every single time. I tried on a new swim friend's one and bought mine the next day! Gorgeous colour, cool design.”

“This was the first time buying directly from Red Original and can only say Wow! From start to finish it was a great experience. The level of communication was second to none. I received an email at every step of the process. Even one 30 mins prior to delivery giving me the name of the driver and an almost exact time of his arrival. Once delivered, I was delighted with my new changing robe. The quality, design and feel of the garment all exceeded my expectations and I have not been disappointed in any way since starting to use it. Cannot recommended highly enough. “Great product. Kept me warm after my first cold water, open water swim yesterday. My only complaint is that your product is made in China. Had I known this, I would not have purchased it. I am Canadian, so assumed that a product from England was made in England. China has taken a number of Canadians hostage over the last several years, and perpetrates human rights abuses. How do I know that your product was not made using forced labour in Xinjiang?”
