“I am having trouble with sizing.. I am 5ft 3 inches and the medium adults completley drowns me..but the kids is too short. Any advice? I have allready had to but two to try them on”

“Wrong sized item arrived. Return procedure not straight forward and I am still awaiting a refund after nearly a month. I have had no response to my emails and telephone calls trying to resolve as Customer Services seems to be unavailable.”

Hi Susan, Sorry to hear that you have had a delay in getting a refund on your return. On investigating this it appears that the parcel has been lost by the garage that you dropped the return off to. We have raised a claim with Collect Plus and will refund your item now as you have provided us with proof that the item was received by them. Once again apologies for the inconvenience.
