“I am very happy with the Red waterproof rucksack I received as a Xmas present. I have used it on 4 day walks already and found it to be excellent. The two outside drinks holders are great and there is plenty of space in the bag itself for food and clothing for day walks.”

“Great company - no complaints! Customer services were incredibly helpful and responsive having sent a smaller size than ordered - they responded within minutes the evening of Christmas Eve (i hadn’t expected a reply for at least a few days with the weekend/bank hols)!! Thankfully the size was fine so no return was needed but I had every faith that this would not have been a problem had we needed a switch! Would absolutely buy from you again, great company!”

“Fabulous Change robe - cozy, looks good and really protects in rain, wind and hail. The only problem I had was with stock levels and waiting time. I guess it shows that the robe is really desirable. I'm waiting for a month already to order another one for my child now.”
