I have a Red Original paddle board and dry robe and couldn't be happier with both, they are so well designed and durable.

The products from Red Paddle Co convince in every respect through their excellent quality. Whether SUP, life jacket or bags, the quality is perfect and the price is justified. The delivery to Germany took place within 2 days.

Fast delivery and product is as advertised. No surprises. Not dealt with after sales so can’t comment on that aspect. Would be nice if they catered for a S adult size, and made the robes a bit longer for those extra chilly days.

The SUP deck bag arrived within the specified delivery window ans the product was in mint condition. Easy to follow instructions. Would definitely order from from RED again.

Ordered the towelling robe. Super thick and really warm. Excellent quality. Was looking for a summer thin changing robe so am switching for the microfibre version as already have a winter robe. Great customer service from Red as usual

I recently bought my 2nd board from RED. I'm impressed with the durability of their boards and have recommended them to several of my friends and others who I have talked to about the RED boards. Communication has been really good until just recently. They were very good about helping me purchase a board cover from their international site. However, I forgot to enter a promotional code to get a 10% discount. I have sent 2 emails explaining this and suggesting a remedy, but since getting my money, I haven't gotten any response to my emails. Very disappointing. I also have a problem with their new bungee system that I have asked them about and haven't gotten any response to that problem either. This was a 5 star company as long as all I had was praise for them. Now that I'm having problems they have gone silent.
