“Was exciting to order my new board on line, however despite the promise of a premium product and service the service was unfortunately poor. The reason being that despite the sum spent I failed to receive any confirmation of purchase; tracking number and when I managed to finally speak with someone four days later I was given two incorrect tracking order numbers. George in the office however managed to correct the order number. The board is really fab and Really sorry to report the poor service.”

“Bought my first paddle board from Red PaddleCo (2020 Voyager 12'6") which have used just recently and loved it. I went with Red PaddleCo as they were a home grown British company which I wanted to back and, by all accounts of the reviews and peer feedback, were the top brand to buy from. The branding, the quality of the products, the R&D that goes into their products and the review feedback from owners was a no brainer to back Red Paddle Co.”

“I’ve ordered a few items from red but this was the first time I’ve had the pleasure of their customer service. What a fantastic team! They were quick to respond and even quicker to sort my issue out. I already have one paddle board and soon to add a second, will only go for red!”

“I bought the 9'6" Compact, the board is great and packs down very small. The order process and delivery were very quick and easy. I had a little bit of trouble with emails not coming through but after contacting Red they sorted out the issue quickly and kept me updated. highly recommended.”

“I am a novice. I chose a 10’6 ride because I rented one and liked it. I didn’t know as much as I do now about Red Paddle culture heritage and support. The support has been really good and the web site full of gems of information. The board is beautifully made and attracts envious looks from onlookers. So far I have only tested it out on rivers and will be paddling off the North Norfolk coast as soon as practicable.”
