"Rented what I thought was going to be a nice beach cottage in Virginia. Upon arrival to the home there was a terrible smell. Moldy,dirty air condition units , faulty electricity- lights flickering whenever on. Trash barrels in back usrd filled with garbage attracting lots of flys. Called Red Awnimg for a refund have received nothing back. This organization are professional scam artist. I had to leave the rental property and rent another place. Spent 2200.00 on a rental property that was absolutely disgusting. Never again. VRBO is probably just as bad. Initially found this property on VRBO. The description of the property on VRBO and Red Awnimg were complete lies."
