“From the content perpective, the educator have explainend and present the content in very clear and professional manner. The only downside was the lab experience was somewhat bad as the session always disconnect and we need to wait certain time to have the session clear and reconnect. This was not an isolated issue as 2 of my colleague have the same issue despite our different location. Hopefully Red Education can improve the lab connection quality as the presenter was good on explaining the intricate workings but the excitement was killed because of the lab quality.”

“I recently attended three courses at Red Education over two weeks, focusing on Palo Alto XDR (EDU 260/262) & XIAM(EDU-270). The experience was outstanding. The lab was exceptionally well-designed, with an easy-to-follow lab guide that made the learning process seamless. As a result, I now feel much more confident in using XDR & XIAM. Highly recommended for anyone looking to deepen their knowledge in Palo Alto area.”

“What a wonderful course led by a very polite, engaging, collaborative teacher. The material was in-depth and covering as many elements as possible and is definitely something to keep.
