“Instructor and content were excellent. However, repeated issues with connecting to the lab environment prevented completion of training labs and persists to this day.”

I understand that the instructor and content were excellent; however, we've had some unforeseen issues with the lab that have caused us outages. Unfortunately, we've experienced technical difficulties. I suspect you've already had conversations with our sales department to provide additional lab time; if not, I'll have them approach you.
