“The training course was not useful at all this was the worst training I ever had. The trainer didn't explain any architecture or components He just kept reading the lines in the slides nothing else other than this. please don't waste our time with such kind of trainers”

“Greetings, Last week we held training course 71301V - Integration of Avaya Aura® Communications Applications. We are mostly satisfied with how the course went. Our instructor Brian was very helpful with almost everything. However, we had major problems with the lab connectivity. As the picture shows, I had to reconnect to the lab RDP connection 32 times. And more on my other computer. My colleagues had the same problems with connection stability. These problems must be overcome if we want to get efficiency from these courses.”
