“I thought it would be an average same course, but I must say "Jerry" stood out his delivery of concepts explanation & linking the key details & most outstanding his voice which creates a memory he reminds me of Jeremy from my initial days of Cisco CCNA learning. 10 out of 12 no words eager & excited for next PCNSE”
