“I had issues with the Labs. 80% of lab time was spent troubleshooting basic issues of the labs that were provided using a VM host. The trainer was good and tried his best to fix the issue but that was not his primary job. My feedback would be to have an extra pod before training so that students can swap immediately in case when computers decide not to work on that day.”

“VM practical with the notebook is excellent for learning, especially for new learners. I am taking the CCSE R81 training this week, the content and lab are interesting and easy to catch up. BTW the only thing suggest to improve Red Education is to provide a longer-period VM environment for students. For example, I just finish the course on Friday around 6 PM and the VM terminated at 11 PM, students are not able to have enough revision time for this.”
