“Hard uncomfortable shoes,had to print a label of for returns was charged for that on top they deducted money for returns label because they had to pay royal mail fore the label I downloaded. Because of their error not putting one in ! Looked like shoes were used an were small in fitting.”

“Good price for shoes, decent delivery time. Unfortunatly the shoes I ordered were too big. Sent them back but realised you get charged £2.50 for the returns label. Ridiculous now days and has put me off ordering again. Most online retailers offer free returns these days, I won’t be reordering an alternative size because of this.”
