“Prompt delivery by courier, Klarna pay later option, free returns using pre-paid label, prompt notification of return and refund made right away. Great service. The only thing I wished they had was an easier way to exchange - I wanted a bigger size but the only way to do it seemed to be to return the small pair then place a new order online for the larger pair. Love the sandals as well!”

“Ordered the birkenstocks to be delivered to my address and they arrived on time. I wore them once and one of the studs came off that holds the strap on, so I took them into store and I was told I would be issued a refund with no problems. The shoes were so comfy I ordered another pair to come into store which arrived the next day and received my refund on the same day. Can't fault the service I received. Thank you”

“Good online shopping experience and order fulfilment. Cheapest I could find online. My problem is with the shoes - they make a farty noise when walking. I’m soldiering on with them adjusting my gait as I love the way they look. 😊”

“I called on the Wednesday 11/7 to have a next day delivery made which was confirmed and I had to pay extra (£5.99) for, the item never arrived on the 12/7 as advised and paid for, the item arrived on the friday 13/7 which was too late as i was travelling on the evening of the 12/7. The item arrived with the spelling of my address all wrong which probably didnt help with delivery schedule even after i had to sit and spellout the address to the person taking the order. I returned the item which I was refunded, but nothing for the failed 24hr postage costs after it turned into a 48hr postal service. On top of which I had to run out and purchase another product from another supplier. The only consolation out of my first and last experience with redfoot they never charged me for return postage on the item.”

Hi William, I do apologise for the line was quite bad so I did struggle to understand what was being said. However I don't believe this effected the delivery, it looks as though Hermes may have had some issue. I will refund you the next day delivery charge right away, I'm sorry that this wasn't refunded already. I can only apologise that your shoes arrived too late. “Have had these a couple of weeks now. So i can only say what i feel on that short time. These shoes are very comfortable and already feel worn in, which for me is a big thing as I hate stiff leather.”
