I'm writing to let you know how disappointed and sickened by the actions of the company you advertise as a "Veteran Owned Business ". I placed ONE order in early January, which I have continually contacted asking the status of my order. Several emails stated that you had my order right in front of you and it hadn't been completed and I would receive an email when it was, which would include a tracking number. I waited very patiently and as you can see from my email dated March 1st, I gave ample time for the completion, stating that if your company couldn't, I requested cancelling my order and refunding my money.
Being that I paid via PayPal, I logged onto my account only to find that you made several unauthorized deductions from my account in the same amount of $30.92 for the only order that I placed in January. I reported this to PayPal.
I want to let you know that I still haven't received my order, and frankly don't expect to, but if by chance it does arrive,I will be refusing the merchandise. I certainly don't want anything from a company that keeps advertising so people will place orders, you take the money,and don't deliver. I should have read your reviews. It would have saved me alot of time and money x's 3 withdrawals by your fraudulent company. Please do the people of this country a favor, DON'T ADVERTISE as a VETERAN. No self respecting person who served and serves our country would ever take advantage of its people. You should be ashamed.

“I placed an order on Feb. 11 and have not received my order still on Mar 18. It was paid for by PayPal on the day I ordered it.They will not answer the phone or e-mails!!! You live and learn!!!”

“I have ordered from Redline Steel before, but never again. I ordered items on February 5, 2021. It is now March 12, 2021 and I have not received any of the things I ordered. On March 5, 2021 I filled out the submission forms for the two orders, called on March 6, 2021 and March 9, 2021 never received a called back. On March 8 I went to Colin Wayne's Facebook page...a real eye opener....and sent him a message. I received a reply 2 days later asking me to give him the order info and he would look into it.
I Advised him I send Submission forms and emails and to look at them since they have all the info he would need. Sent 4 emails on March 5, March, 7, March 9 and March 11. Finally got a response "we have your orders and are getting them ready for fulfillment" My response send me my refund, I don't want the items and will never order from you again. I believe Redline Steel started out well, but the owner now has other irons in the fire and this company is not as important....just my opinion.”
“I would give them 0 starts. I order 2 free items and paid postage. Never received items at all. They did not answer back to PayPal either. If they start charging me for something I did not order I will put a complaint into the BBB. Beware of this company. I ordered from them as Colin was on TV and thought a genuine person. Now I know better. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!”
“They have this option that looks like a $10 coupon for their products. They offer a promotion to receive something for free or $5 for a different finish. Then there is a $10 coupon. If you say yes you'll take it they start charging you $30.92 monthly. First it was for the coupon no shipment. Then they start preparing shipments of their choice. I missed the first charge and nothing was even shipped! The second appeared with an email saying in production. They don't answer calls but might eventually reply. They say my repeat subscription was cancelled but so far won't credit for the first month never received or the second month not yet shipped but I'm production. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEIR PONZI SCHEME!”
“I had ordered from this company in the past and was satisfied with the merchandise until they started charging me and sending me orders I had never purchased! They refused to address the fact that I never ordered it. I offered to send it back no response. They never answer their phone! I had to cancel my card with my bank and have them send me a new one. The headache trying to resolve this was unbelievable! I’ve been going back-and-forth with them and they still refuse to address the issue. They just keep sending me their return policy. I’m not asking to return something I ordered I’m trying to explain to them I never ordered it in the first place!!!! They will not answer the phone they refuse to tell me how to rectify it there’s absolutely no response! Watch your credit cards carefully to make sure you don’t start getting random charges for purchases you never ordered because once that happens there’s no way to speak to anybody or get a decent response! You’re stuck!”
“I have been trying to reach you several times by e-mail, phone complaint form. You never return my calls, always closed, online support is never there. I need my money refunded or my purchase sent or I will be contacting the BBB. I thought I was dealing with a good company but it's been eight weeks and still have not received anything. I have ordered from you before and it was good but now your company doesn't seem to care. I ordered on January 2nd and it is now February 25th. I will never order anything again and will let others know this company is turning into a scam.”
“I ordered something on January 5th That was supposed to be a gift I've never had a problem with any of my other orders I still have not received it but you took the money out of my account. I would like a refund or I would like an answer on where my product is it seems that everybody has a complaint so I will no longer be purchasing anything from this company and it's sad because I really loved your items”

“I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau I see that many other people have also. Their shipping Dept & complaint department Are truly lacking. Customer Support is nonexistent. And although I have ordered from them many times this was my last order. I ordered a fire pit for my son-in-law and was so excited about it only to get this little tiny toy in the mail 2 months later and it was one month late for Christmas. After finally opening the package I was so embarrassed there was no way I was giving it as a gift. A fire pit that is only about 6 inches tall and $159 what a sham”
“Very Disappointed. I ordered a shirt on a special in a medium for a birthday gift. I received it but unfortunately it would have fit an XL. I finally received a reply after 3 contacts offering me a 20% discount on a future shirt order. The design was perfect but at best could be used for a sleep shirt by a much larger person. You can get better discounts at a grocery store. I like the looks of their products but really hesitate to order again. I like their helping others but they need to clean up their responses & image by satisfying dissatisfied customers.”
“Please, please do not buy from this company. Customer service is some of the worst I have ever encountered. Two items were added to the order I placed 1/1/2021. I began to communicate with the company 1/1/2021 letting them know I did not order and did not want the extra items. I finally received a response 1/30 saying promotional items could not be canceled. Apparently they add items to your order and help themselves to your money. Looking at BBB complaints I see many issues, including this one. I still have not received the items. I no longer want them and will gift them to friends so I don't have to look at them and be reminded of this experience.”
