I ordered a small Christmas ornament oh, it was free just pay shipping. Now for no reason at all I get billed $30.98 every two weeks I have written them one came out January 20th one came out February 7th. I have called and called, and wrote to the complaint department. Nobody has done anything. good thing I use PayPal I have a complaint in with them right now. Don't trust them

You guys are a scam. You can’t get the merchandise that was originally ordered for nearly three months and then start trying to send random unwanted items after I have repeatedly told you I want no further products from your company. I will warn future customers to not give their credit card information or they will be unable to stop charges over and over. Invest some money in people to handle customer service so you can actually respond to concerns and stop charges after people cancel.

Placed 2orders a month ago have never received them customer service is horrible should have done more research they have scanned so many people what gets me is that play on your compassion of veterans shame full

I ordered 2 of the Candy Cane placques as Christmas gifts and was totally impressed when I received them. They are so well done with no sharp edges and just beautiful. Will definitely be ordering more from this company. And it's all made in America. What more can you want?

I placed an order for on December 13, 2020. I never received a tracking number or the package. I contacted customer service via chat on Jamuary 11, 2021,since no one would answer the phone. She gave me a tracking number that stated a shipping label was created on January 9,2021. As of January 25, the package has not shipped. Contacted customer service again and was told the package was shipped amd that the post office is overwhelmed and just does not scan it. So contacted the post office and initiated a search for the package and they assured me the packages get scanned at pickup/dropoff and every stop it makes

Filed complaint with pay pal since payment was made through them for a refund. Have tried all ways of contact but can’t even get a response. “SCAM”

Haven’t received an item ordered almost 6 weeks ago. Tried reaching out via email, their website, and phone but no one responds. Horrible customer service! I now have to dispute the charges. Buyer beware!

You will never receive your product from Redline steel. I ordered something on December 14, 2020 and am still waiting. I emailed 3 times and called 2 times with no response. Noone would ever answer the phone. I finally got a hold of someone on January 20,2021 through the chat on their website and was told it would be shipped soon priority mail. We will see if it ever arrives. If I could give them 0 stars it would be.

ordered free item on 1/2/21. It is now the 19th and it still hasn't been shipped. They tell me lead times are 3-6 weeks!!!! I have ordered items from them in the past and got them quickly. They can't even give me an idea when it might be shipped. I support veterans, but this company is off my list now. No refund offered because it was a promotional item. I told them I would check out their competitors and apparently they don't care. It is like ordering from China....you never know when/if it will arrive.

Even when you try to place your order, there are numerous ploys to try to get you to buy more products. After you get thru all that, they hold your order trying to get you to spend more money with bonus gift cards, all of which delays your order. Still waiting for my order from Dec 7 with no shipping details as of Jan 19. Customer service is terrible. It was shown to be in stock when I ordered but must be waiting for the next round of shipments from China as long as this takes. I will never order again from this company.

I love their products and have been happy in the past. Well, I have been waiting on a package since Dec. 10, and the post office said they never received it. They have the worst customer service, or better to be known as "NO CUSTOMER SERVICE". I sent a note and they finally responded about 2 weeks later and said the package is still coming. It hasn't. This really makes me sad, but I loved supporting them.

I ordered on Nov. 28, and Dec1. Both items I ordered were well before the Christmas deadline. I was very embarrassed at Christmas when I did not have the gifts I ordered. I finally received my order on January 4. Needless to say I am mad! They had a sale on the products I ordered buy 1 get 1 free. I have sent many emails and haven't gotten a response, I have called, no one answers the phone. I am on a very limited income and asked if they would return purchase price of one item since this was there fault and they did have the buy 1 get 1 offer. I thought this was fair. No response! I will not purchase from this company again unless they give me satisfaction on this order. Colin started out a good business to bad he can't keep up with it!

They should advertise "slow as a turtle shipping" and "the worst possible customer service we can provide you". My wife and I are both veterans and we love to support veteran owned companies. But, this company we will no longer support.

Like everyone else, I ordered many Christmas presents (all stock items) in early December and still do have them. I have sent multiple emails and nothing. Will never buy from them again. Worst business I have ever seen. To take your money and not respond or receive your items is just wrong. With this many bad reviews how is it they are still in operation. BBB is my next phone call. Buyer beware!!!!!

I absolutely love this company. My first order was because of being vet owned and couldn't be more happy that I placed that order.The quality of their products are phenomenal and beautiful. I have never once worried about receiving my items. I figure the wait is so worth the Workmanship, beauty and love that goes into each piece. Their prices are unbelievable and unbeatable. This is an update to the review I posted on the 27th. Today is January 2nd and my shirts arrived today. The quality is top notch - very pleased with the purchase and will most likely purchase from them in the future. My only negative comment is shipping takes forever so if you do order, give yourself plenty of time.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I keep calling and leaving messages to no avail. My order is from 11/27 and still no word on shipping. I have been a faithful customer for 4 years, but this is the 2nd time this had happened. Will never buy from them them again!
